Very very bad experience…

Our experiences with ERSM are very very bad. We have an apartment in the high-rise (16 floors) of an apartment complex. The only elevator to our apartment is out of order almost every week and has already been down for 2 weeks now. This means that residents can only access their apartments via the emergency stairs (up to the 16th floor). The entrance is currently filled with furniture and other items that cannot be brought upstairs. Someone who has difficulty walking cannot reach their apartment. Emergency services cannot get to the location (also because the door downstairs to the stairwell is locked). ERSM has been aware of the problems for years but does nothing about it. They no longer even indicate when the elevator will be repaired. Residents are completely left to fend for themselves.

This is not all. Furthermore, maintenance, cleaning, and customer service are also far below expectations.

Very disappointed with European…

Very disappointed with European Residential Management (ERESM). The elevators in our 16-story building are broken almost every week, causing serious inconvenience and even dangerous situations for residents. Many elderly people, those with mobility issues, and even pregnant women are affected. The building is poorly maintained, often dirty, and unsafe – there are homeless people in the building, and theft occurs due to a lack of proper security. Despite the poor service and lack of maintenance, rent and service charges continue to rise unreasonably. ERESM has repeatedly promised to improve the situation, but nothing changes. Absolutely not recommended!
