100% prisøkning og dårlig kundeservice

Hadde Storebrand barneforsikring med helseforsikring. Helseforsikringen har hittil fungert tilfredsstillende, men den er nå tatt ut av barneforsikringen og solgt til Ergo forsikring. Ergo overtok nylig fakturering og øker i den anledningen prisen mer enn 100%. Jeg opplever kundeservicen som særs lite imøtekommende. Får ikke svar på det jeg spør om. Ergo oppgir at de står fritt til å øke prisen uten å redegjøre for dette. Dette skaper en stor utrygghet. Når vil prisen øke neste gang osv.

Slemt og uintelligent forsikringsselskap

Dypt useriøst forsikringsselskap. Ubegrunnede prisøkninger på hundrevis av prosent, utrivelige medarbeidere, og en kontaktvei som opplagt er innrettet for å vanskeliggjøre for kundene. Jeg ville styrt unna.
