Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience, apart from the communication with customer service, which did their best to help.
The item I ordered was indicated as immediately available but it took 6 weeks to arrive. It arrived damaged so I sent the damaged part back. I had to wait for 6 weeks again to received the spare part, which arrived incomplete. I would have had to wait for another 6 weeks to receive a replacement so I canceled the order. The Finance department still sent me an invoice for the replacement part (even though it is not an item I should have had to pay for if I had kept it).
Customer service was very competent, however, hence two stars instead of one.

While we appreciate hearing that you experienced the communication with our customer service team positively, we sincerely regret that the delivery took significantly longer than indicated and that you repeatedly received a damaged and incomplete product. This is certainly not the level of service and quality that Ergo2Work stands for.
We would also like to inform you that we now indicate more clearly on our website when a product is not in stock, in order to provide better clarity regarding availability and delivery times.
Furthermore, our colleague contacted the finance department directly, and the invoice in question was immediately removed from the system. Our apologies that this occurred and for the additional frustration it caused.

This helped me to make the right choice and after many years of searching, i now have an extremely comfortable and adjustable office chair that has solved my lower back pain issues.

Very dishonest, extremely poor service.
Ordered from ergo2work.co.uk, their website uses a UK web address to make you think it's based in the UK. No mention on their website anywhere that it is NL based. After waiting over a month for my item I asked ergo2work what was happening to my item and they revealed that as they were sending from the EU there was a custom charge to pay before my item could be released. After contacting the delivery company I found I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my delivery charge for the customs cost. ergo2work knew i would have to pay this cost but made no mention of it at any time. A very dishonest company.

Thank you for your review. Our apologies that you didn’t see that we are located in the Netherlands. This information can be found in our FAQ and our contact page. All the prices on our website are explicitly stated exclusive of VAT. We also clearly state during multiple points in the order process that the order will be exported from the European Union and that the VAT for each product will not be charged in this order but will have to paid as well as custom orders to receive the order. We apologize if this is not clear enough and we will try to make it more apparent. We understand that this is a new situation for our UK customers as paying VAT with customs has been newly implemented due to the UK leaving the EU. We do hope that despite the situation, you are satisfied with your product.

Delivery experience let me down
The experience from Ergo2Work was good. The product seems to be good.
However, you really need to change your delivery partner GLS. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. During a time when most people are working from home, they said I was not at home. Then I asked them to deliver a pick up point where the guy in the pick up point had trouble finding my parcel because the name of the person who was going to pick it up was mentioned incorrectly. It was a name which I didn't recognise. Tried giving them a feedback on the phone and the guy on the phone seemed uninterested. I was asked to fill in a form and I haven't yet received an email from them saying they have received the feedback or not.
In short, change your delivery partner and the experience with you will be a lot better.

Don't Expect to get a refund
I ordered a Hippus Mouse from this company for £113,however when I received the item it was not suitable for me. I paid £12.60 to return using Royal Mail Track and Sign who verified that the item had been delivered and signed for. But instead of a refund this company sent the item back to me.
When I asked them why they had returned the item back to me they were very rude and unprofessional and refused to give me any advice on what I should do.
They refused to send me a prepaid return label and would not say that the item wouldn't be returned to me again if I re-sent it.
Thus I am stuck with a mouse costing £113 which is of no use to me.....a complete waste of my money.
Don't buy from Ergo2work if there is a chance that you might want a refund because you won't get one.
