HORRIBLE COMPANY MADE A RIGHT MESS OF A JOB THEY HAD TO DO
IT WAS DOWN TO MANAGEMENT & its as simple as that the lads where here doing the job they where paid to do then a guy from the office turned up asking them to change various things and he asked the digger driver to back up and come forwards at an angle to do the job & whilst he the office guy was guiding in the digger driver the digger fell into the small 1 foot hole for cables and the job had to be put off for two hours until a machine was brought to help the digger out, the guy from the office was very rude and talked to his men like dirt swearing in front of clients is not a good sign, we also had a word with the poor lads doing the job they told us it was a horrible company to work for and everything is timed everything is watched and monitored and this civils company put unnecessary pressure on their staff just to make themselves look good to clients? the staff turnover is huge & that speaks volumes..all in all a horrible company & i had to goto their office one day & what a mess their yard was just not fit for business.
