This is a very rubbish company .My scooter with in a year got faulty and defective .Its so difficult to get hold of them .Finally when I contacted them they arranged a repair but after the repair the scooter never turned on .This huge price for such a cheap quality scooter.Customer service is really poor .They are misleading people with high prices instead they products are not reliable .Im so dissappointed will never recommend it .

xiaomi m365 what great customer service. i am 41 and its so much fun Easy to use so practical been using it all day can't believe how far Electric scooters have come it has a good top speed nice and comfortable even with my little one on it. the kids love riding it with me and I can see my self using this every day to the sweet shop the pub and general runs instead of using the car for short trips and all u have to do is put it on charge puts a smile on my face

Having had numerous telephone conversation with staff, they help with all my question and queries, even after purchase they were on hand to help.

I ordered a Xiaomi e-scooter from this company and it came in no time! I actually received it in less than 24 hours. The communication was also very good as they kept me informed every step of the way: I needed the product asap and they made sure to call me to let me know that they put my order in the priority orders. They emailed me when the ordered had been processed, then dispatched. I received the scooter the next morning. Scooter works perfectly too. To my knowledge, this is the only company that stocks the Xiaomi e-scooters in the UK. The experience was swift and stress-free.
