Item never arrived and Credit Card hacked

I ordered the "Masters Of The Universe Figura New Eternia Stratos" and it never arrived. It seem to be a Spanish web-site but the order confirmation comes from another site based in China. I received a shipping number to track the parcel and it was sent from "Mainland China, CN" passed through HONG KONG and is tagged as delivered, but the parcel never arrived.

By the way, a few days after my order my bank blocked my Credit Card because of suspicious transactions. So I do not recommend using this web site.

I contacted the seller "mila[at]veasyservice.com" to tell them that I never received my parcel. They just sent me a screenshot of the mention "DELIVERED" of the parcel tracking history. They never proposed a refund or to send the item again.

Once more, I do not recommend to order stuff on this website.
