Discusting service I’ve ordered a…

Discusting service I’ve ordered a tracksuit on 14-12-24 still no tracksuit & still trying to get my money back they keep sending me the same form to sign which I’ve did this over & over. I’ve sent proof that the parcel is still at the couriers depot & still no refund never will I order from here again I just want my money back it’s been 2 months of waiting 😡

Ripped off for £580!!

I have returned my order to them over 3 weeks ago and I have not even had an email to confirm it was received. I have sent them 3 emails since chasing it and have been ignored. The return is worth £580 and they have just ignored me. Order no 7047750

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service
I ordered some Timberland boots , the courier left them in the garden on full view of everyone and they went missing by the time I got home . I got in touch with this company who just said it’s nothing to do with them and refused to do anything about it and just stopped answering my emails . Absolutely disgusting service
I have just received an email from this company telling me it’s my problem and I need to speak with the courier and suggested I ring the police!!!!!! They have received a photo of the parcel in the garden from Royal Mail .i never once asked for my parcel valued at nearly £100 to be dumped in a front garden where people walk past .i will update this review when I receive any more correspondence

Great company

Great company, I hadn’t heard of the company before and was a bit sceptical when I ordered some trainers at half of the price I’d seen them for elsewhere, I paid via PayPal in case of any issues.
They arrived today, earlier than stated and are absolutely perfect, I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Great customer service with quick answers!

I read some bad reviews that made me sceptical about esdemarca. But my experience was good. I purchased a pair of shoes that were delivered very quickly to Germany. Sadly, the size didn't fit so I had to return them. The customer service was always very quick in their responses and transparent. Only reason why I don't give five stars is that it took about 3 weeks for the return to arrive, be processed and refunded. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Shipment is very quick. Totally recommend. Only point for improvement I would like to suggest. The English translation of the text that gives updates on shipment process is not really good. This can be improved with Google translate by using Chirp ;-)

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. I bought a pair of shoes almost 1 month ago that did not fit my size, I returned the product in 2 days, but 21 days have passed, in which I tried to contact the seller and the company almost every day, this situation nothing back. I will file a complaint and proceed legally. Very disappointed, I did not expect it.
