I suggest you to stay away from this property.

Not a hotel ! They do not have a service staff. You have to arrange a "meet up" so you will be able to get into the property.

Despite putting up $200 USD for rental.
They will require you to pay "deposit" of $300-$500 EUR.
They will require you to pay $50 EUR cleaning fee.
They will require you to pay OTHER FEES if you arrive late, if you leave early, and few other unreasonable situations, they will ask you to pay a fee.

Look up in google for "espai apartment reviews" you will see a lot of very unsatisfied customers.

LOOK FOR A REAL HOTEL . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

The apartment is a bit shabby but cozy. We had to contact the owner during our stay because the heat and water did not work and he came by after a couple of text massages. The environment is fine and close to metro and supermarket.

Everything was planned perfectly by Espai Barcelona. We emailed the guy before leaving and was given a number to call when we were close to the apartment. Detailed travel instructions were helpful! The apartment was lovely and just what we needed. There was an electrical fault one day but we called the guy and was with us within 10 minutes helping to sort it- everything was sorted by the time we got back from our day out. We can't fault the place or how it was organised.

A nice characterful apartment in a very central location for visiting Barcelona. It is on a noisy road and could do with a bit of updating but it makes a good base if you're out sightseeing and eating out most of the time as we were!

2 bedroom flat in residential area, a few steps from supermarkets, 10 mins walk from Placa Espana shops and restaurants. Hostafrancs and Tarragona metro 2 or 5 mins away. Clean and modern, Euro-satellite TV, washing m/c, fridge freezer full electric cooker plus microwave. Excellent base for work, study or sight-seeing.

amazing apartment fully equipped , clean , big , confortable and very quiet sited in a great position. Quick and easy access to metro and any other place you want to visit. The neighborhood is very vital with lots of supermarket ,shops and restaurants . We will certainly back again next time

We stayed in Rocafort apartments approx 10 years ago and had a really pleasant experience so we decided to book the same apartment. This time it wasn't so pleasant. The kitchen items were awful. Chipped plates, really old plastic cups, no glassware, no wine glasses, old pots and pans - most were so worn out that we didn't dare cook with them. The main heater didn't work and although there was an electric heater in the apartment it wasn't an effective or fast way to warm the place. The apartment itself has paint peeling off the walls, broken glass in a door, old ripped and dirty curtains, paneling falling off the bottoms of the walls. All in all the apartment was a very poor standard compared to 10 years ago yet the price is quite high.
On a positive note, the apartment is well located and excellent if you have small children. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very nice and the shower/bath is great.
We didn't come to BCN to enjoy the apartment so we managed to have an excellent holiday anyway. Next visit though we won't be staying at Rocafort 1 because we expect better quality for the price we paid.

Great location: just 10 minutes walk from Ramblas, 1 minute from numerous tapas bars and supermarkets. More than enough space to accomodate for family with 3 teenage boys (chill out corner and 2 bathrooms)

All was perfect. I recomend Paralel 1 apartment

We stayed in 2 apartments which were quite good equipped, WiFi works well and was to close to Fira Barcelona.

I just expect more TV channels offer.....:-))

In generally all goods. A beautiful apartment with a good service, security and situation, it s a proximity of metro hostafrancs 2 min walk and to plaça Espanya 10 min walk. has a modern design and fully equipped. you don't need for any thing.

The apartment is great. It' s very very close (I mean 30 seconds on foot) to the beach and not too far from the metro station of "Barceloneta". The apartment is a bit small but perfect for 4 people and most important thing it's very clean!

We loved this apartment!!! This was my first visit to Barcelona, and also the first time in Barcelona for my niece. The apartment is close to every attraction, but is also a little removed from the busiest touristic areas of the city. My husband enjoyed running in the Montjuic park. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. A minor concern was the noise level in the bedrooms, particularly at night. Overall, a very pleasant experience which we hope to repeat soon. We really appreciated that mister Francisco allowed us to check-in early on arrival from the U.S.. Thank you.

Nos encantó este apartamento! Esta fue mi primera visita a Barcelona, ​​y también la primera vez en Barcelona para mi sobrina. El apartamento está cerca de todas las atracciones, pero también es un poco alejado de las zonas turísticas más concurridas de la ciudad. Mi marido disfrutó corriendo en el parque de Montjuic. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Una preocupación menor era el nivel de ruido en las habitaciones, sobre todo por la noche.
