I am disappointed with my experience.

Before placing my order, there was no clear indication during the checkout process that shipments to Israel would be sent via EMS, resulting in an additional fee upon arrival.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged that they would make this information clearer in the ordering process for customers outside Europe. However, despite recognizing that the information could have been presented more clearly, they refused to offer any refund or goodwill gesture.

The product itself was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. If you are ordering from outside Europe, make sure you verify the shipping method and any additional charges in advance.
