Everything Is Terrific
In my country (Portugal), it is very difficult to find good Italian-style espresso beans, so I was happy to find Espresso International. The variety of choices is fantastic and the quality is excellent. Prices and descriptions are good also. The response from Customer Service (not sure if we can use names, begins with "L") has been prompt, helpful, and pleasant. My only negative comment isn't really about Espresso International, it's about DHL, which does not provide useful cross-border tracking, so arrival date is hard to plan for.

Huge selection of the high quality coffee. Quick delivery to USA.
I have ordered from this company 3 times and every time it was the outstanding service. They have a huge selection of coffee beans, fresh and high quality, a lot of organic. The delivery to USA takes about 10 days (DHL, you can track your order), the order process is easy and the customer service is always professional. The shipping is on the same or next day after the payment has been received.

A great example of a great company. Prices are very competitive, fast delivery, premium quality. Very well packed! One thing that can be improved? The shipment confirmation email arrived in German, and for a UK customer like me, purchasing from an in-English website, it is almost impossible to read. Other than that, well done!

The default language of the DHL links sent is indeed German, even though it has an English option (by clicking at the very top of the page, then choosing the function "EN" for English, instead of "DE" -Deutsch- for German), we are however aware that this is not ideal. We are therefore working hard to solve this problem so that you will soon be able to track your parcels in the language of Shakespeare :-)
