Very Poor Return policy

Bought a demo machine (last years model) for a discounted price. Did not serve HOt espresso so i took it back and complained. I was told it was operating fine. Decided to return it. First told that as a demo it was a final sale. Did take it back with a 10% restocking fee. As a final insult charged me for the free $10 bag of coffee beans. This is not what I would call good customer service

One star is too generous!!!!

I experienced the worst customer service ever at Espressotec in Richmond. The store is the size of your livingroom so it wasn't that the salesman couldn't see me. He was busy with 2 other customers and proceeded to take them into the back room to show them more machines. There was no acknowlegement to the rest of the customers in the store; a simple 'hello' or 'i'll be right with you' would have sufficed. We could hear other workers in the back so 3 potential customers, including myself, left after waiting 15 minutes. I like to support the Canadian economy but no one else sells the models I want...now I'm going to the US for my coffee machines.
