2 months later and I am still waiting...
2 months later and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite being promised a refund for a pair of faulty paints back in December, I still have not seen a refund yet (I have gotten the confirmation), despite Esprit promising a refund within 14 working days. I have contacted customer support more than 20 times, but every time I get a new excuse. Excuses are so inconsistent contradictory that it is very clear to me how they are lying to cover a refund that has never been issued and probably hopes that I will eventually just give up on getting my refund.
