Quite disappointed with the quality of the product. Binders are big which make it hard to write on one side, pencil was leaking and another one was hard to erase. It seems that Customer service doesn't exist because I contacted them twice and got no reply. In the end I wasted my money. I switched to Infinity book which much better without issue.
Got my notebook two weeks after I ordered it as expected. My only concern was that between the day I ordered and the day that the notebook arrived, no email confirming my order, or some sort of a receipt was sent. However the FAQs say that the notebook can take around 2 weeks to arrive, and it did. Overall great value for money compared to other whiteboard notebooks.
