I had a small issue with my replacement…

I had a small issue with my replacement door glass, on contacting Esse to advise them of the problem, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived a couple of days later, very happy with the service.

Parcel arrived on time and was well…

Parcel arrived on time and was well packed, I ordered the handle for my ESSE100 door although I only needed the lever to operate the locking mechanism, I tried to fit the whole thing but it wouldn’t hold the door closed so I put the handle on the original catch, made it a bit expensive but hey it works fine allowing me to use my ESSE 100 fire. Thanks for everything Steve O.

Fairly easy to find parts for an ESSE…

Fairly easy to find parts for an ESSE 100 log burner, reasonably quick service. Only issue is the web site payments, I ended up paying twice, using an iPad, because after the sale it went back to pay now page, rather than a ‘thank you your order has been placed’

Great products, poor communication

The products are as great as ever. But better communication would help. I ordered the parts November 1st, they arrived November 22nd. But I had to phone twice to find when I might expect them. Please keep us updated, especially if there will be a delay. The packing wasn’t great either, and fell apart in transit.

Great service

I live in rented accommodation which has an Esse insert stove with back boiler. Chimney baffle and grate were both burned out. Could not source one in Ireland so went on to the Esse website and contacted them by email. I was referred to their online catalogue with instructions as to the items that suited my boiler.
I ordered new baffle and grate. Dispatched very quickly, fitted perfectly and improved the performance of the stove unbelievably.

Postage costs

Two small retaining clips for glass can't cost or weigh very much. So where's the profit in that? Why not bung on a £12 delivery charge just to rip-off the customer?

First delivery was someone else’s order, second contained all items but one side brick was broken, quickly replaced on each occasion.
