Awful!

I ordered Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian - Onyx Reed Diffuser. I opened the bottle and was expecting to smell a pleasant fragrance, but was met with the complete opposite. It literally smells of old dirty water. There isn't remotely a hint of Baccarat Rouge 540. They are literally just putting label on bottles and selling them as something they are not! Avoid

Excellent products and service.
The wax melts are really nice, long lasting, decent clean burn and good quality wax 😍The parfum (Halfeti) is also lovely.
I have used this company a few times now and experienced NO problems whatsoever.

Do not use this horrendous company. They are paying for stars. There scents smell extremely old and of poor quality not nice at all. Customer service do not speak to customers correctly. I had zero choice but to contact my bank and open a dispute. I even had to open a case of fraud against this company as they got me to close a chargeback claim after agreeing to refund me. However they never refunded.

I ordered the ‘’Inspired by English Pear & Freesia by Jo Malone - Wren Reed Diffuser’’ to replace my real Jo Malone diffuser which was ending and 1) doesn’t smell nothing like the original 2) the smell is not even pleasant 3) when I posted my review on their side it didn’t get published because it wasn’t 5 stars! I wish I have done more research on this company, such a waste of money.

They asked me to review the product on their web site but since I scored low didn’t publish! This is extremely poor so will share here instead!

Purchased the pomegranate noir perfume, candle and diffuser…scent is poor and not like Jo Malone at all. In addition the candle burns very quickly.

Ordered a fragrance dupe of Angel. Did not smell remotely like it at all. The nearest smell to it would be . Dirty dish water or cats pee. What a waste of money. Do not buy these products.

Ordered a perfume inspired by Jo malone perfume, it smells nothing like it.

Ordered my self and my son a dupe each from Essence 80, I got the Adelita & got my son the Onyx & They both smell awful, like a musty antique shop or a damp house that's been left for years with a hint of stale tobacco from 40 years of cigars.

Huge mistake buying the 30ml bottles, I don't know what i expected but did not expect to be throwing them both straight in the bin because neither of us could bare the odour they left behind.
Won't be making that mistake again.

I've had better dupes from the famous German supermarket! Very disappointed.
