I have purchased raw ingredients from this company for over two decades. Suddenly it doesn’t even seem like it is the same company or a legit company at all. I feel scammed. I have had to open a dispute regarding my recent order. But after reading the other 2024 reviews, perhaps I have dodged a bullet by not receiving anything. So disappointing, they used to have top notch customer service too. I understand mistakes are made but this is different. I hope that by writing this I can save someone else the wasted time and money.

EW definitely changed their products. Without telling about it!!
I received Cucumber lotion in a giant plastic container, it was so thick you can not squeeze anything out of it. Same with a Silk cream, you need to cut that product with a spatula to place it in a smaller containers. Don't mention, it took a couple of months to get my product shipped. And the shipping cost was a third of the total. Ridiculous!!

Essential Wholesale use to be a great company to do business with. Now every time I order, the service gets worse so I'm done with them. The last order of Muscle Gel took me 2 months to receive. Now they're saying it will be at least 12 weeks to receive the Muscle Gel and face products. Do you think my customers are going to wait 3 months for me to deliver? I don't think so. Now Essential Labs, they've cost me a lot of money in lost business. Will never do business with them again.

This used to be a great company. Ever since they changed to Essential Labs, and, I'm assuming new ownership, it's gone downhill. Orders used to take just a couple days to ship out. Now, you're lucky if they ship within 3 weeks. I have an order I placed over a month ago now that still hasn't shipped (they say they're waiting on ingredients to make more, but I mean, this is literally your job). I've been using them for YEARS but I have to say that when you can't rely on one of your main wholesalers to provide you with what you need to run YOUR own business, it makes you really want to look elsewhere. It's very unfortunate that they don't think shipping product in a timely manner is important anymore.

I love their products, however I have waited nearly 4 weeks for an order with no notice of a backorder status. My email request was unresponsive.
I made two phone calls to find that I would not have the product for Christmas.
Had I known this, I would have found an alternative product elsewhere instead of losing holiday sales.
Very disappointing.

I was purchasing their face cream bases (silk cream & jojoba. Since they changed ownership? Now Essential Labs, Essential Wholesale they have added polysorbates to the creams. I know this because I have some face cream with the former list of ingredients. Won't buy from them again. Also purchased some vitamin C from them for serum (have made this for 6 years). The vitamin c won't dissolve, they won't refund. Suggested I "warm" to get it to dissolve, heat destroys the properties in Vitamin C, why do recipes tell you to keep your products out of light, & store in amber containers. Also, most vitamin c tell you to store in a dark place & limit exposure to light. This company has now ruined the products! Taken out lots of the organics that were in them. Don't buy!

I placed an order for 3 oils (honeysuckle, mango and pear - $39.56) and paid 17.02 in shipping. What I got in return was bottles of alcohol and strong chemicals instead (which made my eyes water and burn my face). They tried to tell me it was my nose that was the problem. I will take these people to court and tell their fraudulent truth if they don't give me a full refund!!!!!

I wasted $58 on samples with this company. The oils that arrived were either fake or rancid. Very disappointing. Customer service was condescending and implied I didn’t know the difference between carrier oils and essential oils and maintained they smelled fine. The rosehip seed oil was so bad it made you want to puke. I attempted to return the one (unopened) full sized product I purchased for $18, since I didn’t trust it, but would have had to pay return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee. So now I’m just $58 in the hole. Stay away from this company!

Seems like crap. This stuff isn't cheap even though its in bulk, no one uses that little or waters it down. The seal didn't break when unscrewing and and the seal underneath was already peeled a tiny bit and pressed back down. Took no effort to open. Either they added something or took some out.
