BEWARE!! A complete scam. The website looks exactly like the official US gov site. I have tried phoning six times already and there is "nobody available right now" and the email service on their website (which I have tried thrice by now states every time "there was an error trying to send your message".

Scam company?? Don't know. If you don't take action,they'll get away with it.

I followed the remarks of another notifier, and protrested and claimed inmediate refun.
Low and behold, within 2 days I got a refund of 114.55 \Euro, out of the 131.51 originally charged.
Balance was for actual cost US ESTA visa.

Criminals here. They charged me 121 twice a person. So the esta thing costed me 500 already

This site looks like the official US gvt site but it is not! They charge $121 for a simple form that the government provides for only $21. The site is MISLEADING! So please pay attention, especially when you are asked to approve your credit card charge!

Complete scam. They charge me 121$ for an ESTA, which you can get for 21$ through the official US website. They don’t even inform you that you are going to pay way more just for the service. Absolutely dishonest and deceptive website. Don’t use it! I didn't even realize I was not on the official website! I want a refund for the 100$ I was wrongly charged!!!

Complete scam. They charge uniformed people 121$ for an esta, which you can get for 21$ through the official US website. They don’t even inform you that you are going to pay way more just for the service. Absolutely dishonest and deceptive website. Don’t use it!

They are legit but it’s quite on the expensive side. They however did refund me very quickly

They are scammers. I don't understand how the North American authorities allow this. I will immediately file a complaint. The problem is not that they are stealing your money (which it is). The problem is that you are waiting and missing deadlines, causing irreparable damage.

They also charged my husband $121 even though he said the site would charge $21. A complete scam!!! How people justify making a living this way is beyond my understanding.

They pay to be the top hit on google. Do not go for it! The official site is gov.org the official price is 21 dolar, the site charges you 120 dolar for a servies you do not need!

I realized too late that the site was a scam, indeed I also paid 121 for an ESTA. Fortunately, I did receive the ESTA and checked it, it is valid!

Also charged extra 100USD, will report this company. Don't buy this scam!

Paid way too much for ESTA form. Wondering if the form I received is a real or fake one...

I was also charged an additional $100 even though during "check-out" the amount due was always $21.

Update 7-11: They did - very swiftly even - refund the extra $100 charge and it turns out that the ESTA ID is valid. I hope that others were as fortunate as I was. However, I learned my lesson to ALWAYS check Trustpilot and NEVER trust any site that doesn't come from a reputable source.

Update 8-16: Fraud attempt with my credit card. I leave it to your imagination what the source of this fraud attempt is. CC company noticed unusual activity and blocked the card

Had the same scam, contacted the firm on the website and they answered me that because it was an misunderstanding, they would reimburse me.

I applied for 2 ESTA applications thinking that it's a US government website, did fill up the online form and was charged by estafee.com of 121 dollars instead of 21 dollars which Google said the price of esta. I hope that the real esta will be provided , the only consolation in this scam

This is a huge scam!!! They charge you more than 5 times what you are normally supposed to pay!! As soon as I entered my credit card details I was thrown out of the site and did not even recieve a mail from them. My money os gone!!
