Worst shopping experience by web site ever

Absolute shame for the brand of this level. Almost one months after buying product via web site i didn’t received neither the product i paid for, neither the refund I’ve claimed for. The statues of my delivery still marked as SENT by shop. Never been delivered. I received zero notifications from the brand and zero try from client service to change my negative experience. I waist my own time to contact them by phone number and never had my money back ever since. Shame. Brands of that level became simply a scammer. I do not recommend. UPS ITS NONSENSE. ESTEE LAUDER + UPS ITS A DOUBLE NONSENCE
