I visited this place for a rhinoplasty just a few weeks ago and was operated on my Dr Bükem CÜCE - who was calming, confident, and has given me the nose of my dreams.
All the staff are super friendly, easy to communicate with and am with constant checkups before and after my stay.
The nurses are lovely and caring. I was calm the entire time thanks to the level of care from all.
And, the results are beautiful.

I traveled to Turkey for my hair transplant at the Esteworld clinic, and I was very happy to be assisted by Anissa. She was extremely helpful, super kind, and you can clearly see that she loves her job. She was with me from start to finish, guiding me through every step. Thank you very much for having such professional people like her.

Disappointing Experience with Esterworld – Poor Results and Communication

I had a hair transplant done at Esterworld, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After a year and a half, there is still barely any noticeable difference between the before and after results. Concerned about this, I consulted with two other hair transplant clinics. Sadly, I was informed by both that far fewer grafts were transplanted than what Esterworld had originally promised.

Post-surgery, communication with Esterworld was also very frustrating. I was constantly in touch with different people, which caused confusion and lack of clear follow-up. This entire process has cost me a lot of money, time, and emotional energy.

What makes it even more upsetting is that I ended up choosing Esterworld through a recommendation from acquaintances, which makes this whole situation feel even more unfortunate. I’m sharing this review in hopes of warning others — please make sure to do thorough research and choose a truly reliable clinic.

I bought the skin care pack from Esteworld. Due to private reasons, I requested the return of the remaining two sessions. It's been 43 days. No refund was made. The required administrators did not make a statement. I'm sharing this so they can't do it to anyone else. Update June 22. On the day I wrote this comment, I also informed that I would apply for consumer rights. Suddenly they heard my voice. On my 44th day, I was invited to the institution to make my refund payment as cash . I got my refund on the 45th day. They didnt think an apologize is needed. Update July 4. Please stop insisting me to delete my comment. this is my experience with your company and it is my consumer right to share it.
