Pick up was prompt and very smooth. Staff excellent. The hotel was stunning! I didn’t even want to leave the room for my op! Hospital spotless. The care is amazing, they are so thorough. Doctor really took his time to listen to what I wanted, and was open and honest about expectations. Translation staff, especially Alaa were so fun, friendly, helpful and encouraging. The day staff were incredible.. especially one in particular who mopped my brow when I was teary and was so caring and gentle. The doctor was constantly up checking on me and keeping me really informed about EVERYTHING. I knew straight away how surgery went, what to expect next, the plan of action for every single stage of my care. The health care was 5 stars, from the beautiful hospital room to taking every precaution to ensure my health, safety and thorough recovery. Hospital food and being in the hospital were 10/10!
I’ve only taken a star off because prior to getting to turkey the information and communication I needed was not forthcoming and I had to keep chasing up the rep. He’d sometimes take days to reply and didn’t supply me with the requested information I needed even up till now.. such as pre-surgery itinerary and insurance. This was frustrating and caused unnecessary worry. Once here however, things have been beyond my expectations and 5 star plus!

After one years research on selecting the best and right hospitals for my hair transplant. I have luckily found the dream place. This place is the right one . I strongly recommend this. All faculties are helpful , friendly and caring throughout the process.

Everything was fine, the doctors were wonderful, the translators were super! The ward was very nice, Everyone is very attentive to you, the only thing I would add is special nutrition for diabetics

Even before the procedure, the consultation was very detailed and professional. All my questions were answered calmly, and I felt from the outset that I was receiving honest and transparent advice. I found the consultation on my hairline particularly helpful. I was told openly that it would not make sense to transplant the entire head directly, as this could damage the donor area too severely and the result would ultimately look less natural. I was told that it is better to achieve a natural look first and to protect the donor area—even if this means that another procedure may be necessary at a later date.

I am very grateful for this honest feedback because my most important goal is to achieve the most natural result possible.

On the day of the procedure itself, everything was very well organized. The entire team was friendly, calm, and professional, which made me feel very secure. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the Sleep Deep method. This made the treatment much more relaxed for me than I had imagined beforehand, especially since I had already had surgery and was not put under twilight sleep there.

I was also well looked after during and after the treatment, and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. You really feel well cared for and not just "processed"—which is often the feeling you get at larger clinics.
