placed an order they charged my card for the product plus shipping and tax. one hour later I get an email that what I ordered was out of stock and if I want a refund, I must contact them with in 48 hours. Good luck with emailing them 3 times and leaving a message on their phone number and nothing. So, if you have the missed fortune to buy something from them, good luck. You're going to need it bush league at best.
Been waiting for 3 weeks for my order. Said 3 to 7 business days. No response from customer service. Nothing except a charge on my card. FRAUDS. Next step reverse the charge. That's why I love credit cards they'll pull the money out of their account for me. Don't buy from them.
I paid for a 2 day delivery but did not receive it in 2 days. Fed ex was late

19 Feb ordered 4 supplements (pills) from Walmart, coming from 4 different sub-merchants.
Early March I received 3 of these without problem, but order from Esupplements never came.
Tracking indicates it was returned to sender on 25 Feb owing to an address problem. (I’m sure they would say it was my fault for giving them my address incorrectly, but the fact that the other 3 were received disproves this.)
15 Mar I emailed Esupplements asking for a replacement or refund—their choice. They blew this off.
19 Mar I went to Walmart and asked for a refund. A supervisor said I had to ring 1-800-walmart.
22 Mar I rang 1-800-walmart, and a Hindu submitted a request for a refund.
23 Mar suddenly Esupplements wrote me. Imagine that. They asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I responded asking for a refund. 2nd time this merchant blew off a message from me.
30 Mar I went to Walmart a 2nd time to asked for a refund. Same supervisor attempted to ring a number. No one answered, so she gave me a different number to ring.
2 Apr I sent a 2nd reply to the Esupplements email, asking for a refund again. 3rd time this merchant blew off a message from me.
8 Apr I rang the number the Walmart supervisor gave me. It turned out to be a wrong number, for an old woman somewhere in Utah who thought I was a Walmart employee.
12 Apr I rang my credit card to register a dispute, and get the charge to Esupplements reversed.

I paid over night shipping cause i needed it the next day but of course i got it 2 days later paid $68 for 1 bottle over night shipping. WOW i guess 2 days now its the new overnight 🙃

My shipment was suppose to come in 3-5 buisness days. It's been 7 days and I still haven't received it. On top of that it says it's still pending. Though my credit card said it's been billed. I feel like I've been scammed. I bought 2. I honestly am very frustrated! I keep contacting them but I'm not receiving a reply..

Everything came in a timely manner just as I requested. Great price too.
I was not notified that my original order was out of stock. I found this out when I contacted customer service 6 days after placing my order to ask if it had shipped. Customers should be contacted immediately when their order is out of stock so they can change or cancel the order.
My product also had a free shipping code, it was applied and I was still charged shipping.
It did what it was suppose to after only a few days but I also got extreme anxiety. And I stopped taking them and I still have two unopened bottles.
