Since March, 2025, I have experienced a tremendous amount of frustration and unhappiness with this company.
In March, 2025, I paid AUD$2204 (US$1380) for an E-SWING ride-on electric golf trolley that I bought through ALIBABA. It finally arrived in Australia from China 3 months later. I used it only 4 times before electrical and mechanical problems caused it to stop working. Over the next 12 months, I communicated 150 times with different employees of E-SWING, trying to get a refund or fix the golf trolley. I even sent numerous videos, showing that the trolley was faulty. Many times, I asked the CEO, Sales Manager and the Aftersales Manager for a full refund, but they refused to give me a refund. They even ignored some of my emails and phone calls. Eventually, the Aftersales Manager sent me electrical and mechanical spare parts and told me to fix the golf trolley myself. I spent many weeks trying to fix the trolley, but I was not successful. Again, I asked for a full refund, but again the company refused to give me one. Eventually, I was told that I could have a refund of AUD$1740 (US$1200) if I paid AUD$1131 (US$780) in costs. After paying a lot of money for the golf trolley, I am left with a trolley that does not work and is useless!
