Excellent service from the Llanelli branch,
all work carried out quick and efficiently.

Great service from the Siddals Road branch in Derby. Even on a bank holiday, they managed to get my tyre replaced same-day and within about an hour of me turning up. I have been to this garage on several occasions for tyres and other work back when they were Britannia Tyres, and I've never had a bad word to say about them.

After being made to feel like an inconvenience to the local Halfords auto-centre for even asking about replacing a tyre, I am really appreciative of the staff at ETB Tyres for looking after me and my car so well.

Fantastic service from ETB tyres Leamington who did a wheel alignment and corrected a steering issue that I have had for some time, which no other shop has managed to fix. I had just been let down by another shop in Warwick, and ETB were kind enough to accommodate me, talk me through the issue, and then fix it, all within 30 mins.

Just as well burnt £600 thanks to ETB, four new tires ruined! Either was not tracked, or poorly tracked when we had Four new tires fitted Only a year ago, went back to ETB in September 2024 as our MOT test flagged up advisories on both front tires, ETB said “they are fine” they did not offer to check the tracking, and would not give it in writing that they were ok, so we could at least go back to the MOT station.
They also stated recently that 12,000 miles was good for a car that tows? Even though we have done less than 8,000

Should have guessed who i was dealing with when arriving for fitting as very quiet and staff were milling about.

Visited ETB Plymouth after Halfords wanted to charge me a extortionate price to have four wheels tracked.
I visited on the day, car was done quickly by a helpful technician in 30 minutes. Also charged me for front only as the rear tracking did not need realignment, which I great appreciated. I visited a second time more recently for a punctured tyre, to which again, they were helpful, honest and super quick at sorting.

Will be getting my tyres done at ETB from now. Greatly appreciated.

I’ve been using them for years to carry out my car mot and service when needed. They are consistently very polite and cheerful to deal with and will always take the time to ensure you understand any information provided. Fully recommend

Mercedes Vito’s are hard to get right on tracking and alignment as merc data not correct
The front tyres are terrible for wear on the edges
But ETB Daniel lane in cheltenham, took time to get it spot on so it drives straight with min tyre wear

An outstanding company. I always use the Kidderminster branch and invariably get good old fashioned excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. Prices are always keen as well.

I called into ETB on Friday to seek advice on what I thought was a leaking engine exhaust manifold.
I was greeted by two very polite gentleman behind the counter.
I explained that I thought I may need a new front end on my exhaust pipe.
They informed me that they were busy, right into next week.
One of the gentleman offered to have a look at it for me, the second gentleman followed.
I lifted the bonnet and started the engine.
Immediately they both said, " That's the injector".
One of the gentleman brought out his socket wrench set and tightened the offending injector bolts.
He then tightened all of the others.
I am SO grateful to these decent, compassionate and honest gentleman for not only rectifying my problem but, also for not conning me into work that didn't need doing.
THANK YOU GUYS and I hope that the rest of the staff at your establishment are as decent as you two!.

Fantastic customer service from Ben and the team at ETB Exeter. Went in with an urgent tyre valves issue and Ben did his utmost to get me booked in asap and get the issue resolved, which they did with the minimum of fuss and the maximum urgency.

Would thoroughly recommend ETB Exeter based on my experiences today.

Took my Alfa Spider in to have tyres changed and swapped around, also had allinment checked, they are very fair and honest and looked out for me to find the best cost effective solution.

Will now use this company for all my MOT'S as I can trust them, thank you

I have used ETB tyres in Caerphilly a number of times over the last 12 months due to being let down by another garage. I can honestly say I wouldn't even consider using another garage now. The customer service is second to none, availability has never been an issue and the staff seem genuinely interested in th vehicles brought in, often providing useful information on ways to benefit the car in the long run. No nasty surprises, good communication before and during any work carried out and a welcoming environment. I've recommended this garage to friends and family who have also had nothing but good things to say.

Review for the Cheltenham branch. Called in on Tuesday (11/02/25) as the brakes on my van were making a sort of grinding noise. In the branch at around 8:45, fault diagnosed, parts ordered and repair done by 11:25. Very pleased with the service.

Very efficient and friendly service. Phoned with tyre problem and was asked to bring car asap. Tyre fixed within 20 mins and not expensive

What service! I live 100 yds from frome ETB and needed a new battery for my fiat.Within minutes, two young men walked down to the car and with smiles and total efficiency replaced the old with new. Thank you Riley and your other workmate.(Hope I spelt your name correctly)
