Customer support is terrible
Customer support is terrible. All phone states you must send an email. All emails pile up with a quick automated reply your request has been received or updated. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Brandon must be a robot. I would not recommend etekcity.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered an outdated remote plug w control (I needed the latter), and it arrived in a few days. In the box was an expired coupon. The company apologized by giving me a bonus option. So, I ordered again. Nice!
Their remote plugs have been wonderful for many, many years.

At 74 I learnt weighing in pounds and ounces. Now it’s mostly metric and I’m finding the need to weigh in metric. I’m so glad I chose the Etekcity Scales. They are so easy to read and to use. No frills. The stainless steel bowl is so useful for many other jobs.

these lanterns arrived today and they are great! A lot brighter than I thought they would be. they did take a long time to arrive, but for the price and brightness, they were worth the wait.

Works great!
I love this scale! I have had it for months now and it works great. It is high quality and looks great in my bathroom. I have not had any issues with it. The glass is thick and I have dropped things on it without problems.
