I placed an order over a month ago and have not received my order! I placed an order for several shirts. The charge was taken out of my account. I can't even find anything on this order I placed on my account. I had placed a previous order and it did not take as long to get here. One of the shirts I only wore a few months and got a hole under the arm. Had to throw shirt away.

I have waited for a month and have still not received my order. Also difficult to get a response from them. Would not recommend.

I placed an order for 2 shirts and received my confirmation. It took a month to receive the order, 2 weeks longer than I was told. When I received the order it included a third shirt, not my size or a design I would have picked. Then I found on my credit card that my original order was charged along with a second charge for the th0pird shirt. When I contacted their customer service they said no I had placed another order after the first payment had been processed. Many messages back and forth were a waste of time. I think someone there decided to add to my order or there were issues with their website ordering and customer service was no help, except to mail it back for a refund at my expense. This whole issue left me with a disheartened feeling. While the 2 shirts I order were nice quality, I think of the hassle involved after they were delivered.

I ordered two t-shirts. They arrived as seen on the website and within the promised timeframe.

It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered from them. I signed up for the text notification for shipping and have yet to get any updates or receive my items. I have reached out and only option is a chat on the site and there has been zero response in 2 days. It says allow up to 15 min for response. I have sent multiple messages and nothing. This is my first and probably only order I will be placing. there is no way to track orders on their site either.

I got my t-shirts and they were absolutely beautiful!!! I waited just over 3 weeks and complained because I hadn't heard from them, but it was worth the wait. I would say these shirts are soft, pretty, and worth the wait. I would recommend to them to keep communication open. I would have loved to just get an email that they were on the way. I will purchase from them again though... products are high quality.

Didn’t send the product until I started emailing asking for a refund, no response, poor quality and super slow shipping, buyer beware

I ordered my tshirts during some kind of Mother’s Day sale so with the purchase of one shirt, I got a really cute one for free. essentially I got both shirts for $20. For that price I was expecting a pretty basic Gilden T-shirt, you know the scratchy ones that aren’t very soft. That is not the case. This is a very soft T-shirt, feels a lot like Bella canvas or something similar. I love these T-shirts, I will certainly be ordering again. Shipping did take a while, but after looking it up online, I saw that sometimes that’s the case and that they are a smaller owned company, so I was happy to wait. They will definitely be getting more of my money!

I ordered and paid for my shirts 10 days ago. I received the order confirmation but no shirts. Only thing I have received is advertisements. No response from my email or text.
I would not recommend.

The fabric is awesome on the body. Hold its shape and is much dressier than a regular t-shirt.
I ordered 5 tees in different colors.
They sent 2 of them in the same color.
An email was quickly responded to, and an exchange was offered. I didn’t want the hassle.
I’ve washed them and they seem fine.
Wore one today. Very comfortable!!

After reading the reviews here, I think a lot of people are being scammed by a fake website and NOT the REAL Eternal Light Company. I have ordered several times from them and have ALWAYS received what I ordered. Yes, sometimes it does take awhile to receive your order if they are swamped, but you will get it. I have never had trouble contacting them or getting answers. I've always been happy with the shirts I received from them. Just make sure that you're not being taken by a scammer pretending to be this company. They ARE out there. I have flagged several sites as scams.

All you need is Patience. I almost cancelled my order based on these panicked reviewers and I let myself have a few minutes to cool down. I knew the odds were in my favor. 1. If they were purposely not fulfilling orders, I could dispute the charge with my credit card company. 2. There was no pressure to get it by a specific date 3. The website clearly says they're backed up by 2 weeks. I even confirmed this with an email and once I received a response, I was instantly easy going about the situation.
Summary-It's NOT a scam. The products are nice...just what I wanted. The price is an extra bonus.
Please do not destroy this company's reputation because you let fear control you.

I ordered a T-shirt in a woman’s XL. Within the product details are list of measurements, but no mention that the T-shirt will be printed on a man’s sized T-shirt, to order accordingly. The photo makes it look like it’s cut for a woman’s body. However, if you look closely, the sleeves are rolled up, and the shirt is scrunched. This is sneaky advertising.

Much further down on the webpage there’s a slight inference that all shirts are printed to be unisex. Any woman knows a woman’s XL is a much different cut and size than a males XL. The shirt I received was huge: shoulders, armpits, length, across the chest, all entirely too large.

It took three weeks for the T-shirt to arrive. When I finally received it, I sent an email asking if my return shipping charges would be covered because this is not the sized product that I expected. That question was ignored and instead I got information that returns are accepted within 30 days. I wrote again to say I wanted specifically to know if my shipping charges are being covered: I felt that the company‘s webpage did not explain to the consumer the full details of the product. Nobody reads every single detail of items these days with all of the online purchases that are made. Legally, yes, it’s stated. My bad. But I have never had to be this careful about other items that I have ordered. After about 8 emails back-and-forth, I finally got information that the customer service representative was the supervisor, there is no one else to address this issue to, and so I have to pay the return shipping.

This is a Christian company! They promote the fact that they are a family owned company: a young couple and four children. I expect honesty, reliability, no hidden details, and true customer service from fellow Christians.

I will not order from this company again. I will dissuade anyone who I know to also not purchase here.

PS if you’re a T-shirt company, what’s so hard about printing on women’s sized tshirts?

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and no response after reaching out several times. Would not recommend supporting a company that has poor customer service and does not respond. Will be canceling order and trying to get $ back

The entire experience with this company has been a disappointment not a blessing. I have purchased much clothing online with great success but when I ordered from this company, the lack in customer communication was very evident. In light of Who they claim to represent, I was genuinely surprised by this and saddened. Once again a "christian label" but more focused on production and money (a funneling style that their videos share) and not the customers. They have no phone number to contact and they will NOT contact you even you provide them your phone number. White the t-shirts are not Walmart quality, they are unisex and run quite "high up in the crew-neck area" and their sizes seems to run larger than actual. They claim to have shirts ready to grab from a box and ship out but that is not the case with all shirts. Some are not even made yet and can take up to 4 weeks or more to make and then ship out. It would be so good if they took the time to communicate with their customers...showing care sure does go a long way. Overall, I would not recommend this company as they seem to MIRROR more of a "scam company" even though customers do eventually get their product. For women's shirts, go with a company that sells a lower swoop neck crew to give some room and of course a company that has an actual phone number to call and talk to a representative.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This company does not respond to live chats or emails. I ordered shirts over two weeks ago. Still no notification of shipping. Again, I have been trying to contact them, but no one will respond. Customer service is terrible! Will never order from them again! Buyer beware!

I placed an order for one shirt and a solar-powered cross after seeing an advertisement on Facebook that offered two complimentary gifts. To my surprise, I received three stunning shirts made from soft fabric, and the colors matched my expectations perfectly. However, I did receive the incorrect solar-powered cross; instead of the all-white version I ordered, I got one featuring the American Flag, which I thought would be ideal for a veteran. I contacted customer service via email to report the mistake. Within 24 hours, I received a new confirmation number along with an apology email stating that the correct all-white solar-powered cross was on its way. I offered to return the incorrect item if they sent me a return label, but the company encouraged me to keep it and give it to someone in need. This experience not only highlighted their excellent customer service but also their commitment to kindness, making them stand out in today's marketplace.

This SUPER ZERO company is hiding behind a Christian theme. Been on CHAT for an hour+30 minutes and no one has the courtesy to address my non-delivered tshirts that are bought and paid for. Will never place an order with them again as they obviously don’t know how to properly run a business. No wonder this loser company rates only 2 stars out of 10. That’s one star too many.

UPDATE 3/3/25: After waiting for over an hour and a half for someone to reply on the online chat on their website, I disputed the charge through Paypal!

I received a temporary refund and within moments, got an email from Eternal Light Co stating they had cancelled my order! I just cannot believe how awful their customer service is! At least I got a refund, thanks to Paypal!

Placed an order for several t shirts for myself and my employee on 2/15 and was told order would take 10-15 days to ship.
I have emailed a number of times with no response after the first email. I cannot find a phone number to call them and have been on their "chat" online for 45 minutes with no response!
This is no way to run your business. I would be delighted to change my review if I ever got a reply or the items I ordered!
At this point, I would NOT recommend working with them...we shall see if they care enough to respond.

I won't be ordering from here again. I placed an order on Jan 22, 2025 and still hasn't ship as of Feb. 11!!! emailed and was told it takes 10 to 15 days to ship. It's been well past that! I'm afraid now that my money has been taken and I'll receive no shirts. May have to contact BBB?!
