Great packaging but products are overrated. Curls won’t last a day and the jumbo curler is terrible to sleep in. Not soft and comfy like stated. Causes head and neck pain.

My favourite heartless curlers, have the original and mini and they are super comfortable and have really helped with my hair care following having alopecia & hair breakage - customer service is always incredible!

I bought both the midi and the mini size and I received them in a week. The package was very pretty and the product is really soft and comfortable. The results are amazing. Highly recommanded

I was super excited to get this product for my girlfriend. She has been using a different product and was unhappy with how it wouldn’t stay put, and it left her with less than desirable results.

Now using this product, she has the result she wanted. The product stays in place over night and leaves her with beautiful curls and volume.

Not to mention the great experience I’ve had with the customer service providing speedy replies and fixing a mishap on the order that was my own fault. Thank you so much! I will be getting more of these for my sister and mother.

THE.BEST! I ordered my first heatless curler from here (the original) in 2022 and shortly after I ordered all of the other sizes including the bun-bons & jumbo when they were released. They are honestly incredible - I can’t even explain enough. My hair is straight but thick, and I adore the mini size. My mums hair has been falling out due to medication she has to take and so struggles with style - every week, without a fail, I’ll put the midi heatless curler in her thin, straight hair and it just brings it back to life! After 3 years, naturally with so much weekly use, my curler started to get a bit worn and so I purchased another. Unfortunately, the wrong size got delivered however the customer service was amazing and they sorted it out immediately, now sending me a replacement order. I cannot recommend this brand enough. (I also bought the quintessence mist and it’s phenomenal!)

This is my first time buying a heatless curler and I'm shocked by the results. Also the package came incredibly beautifully packaged with a thank you note. The Eternal Muse team and Gracie are also super nice, I'm very satisfied and for this price it's worth it!!!!

ROBBING COMPANY! Ordered from them wanting to support a small business, the box comes and its all torn up, and I didnt pay for GIFT BOX PROTECTION! to me this shows that it wasnt the delivery company and that they use the broken box's on people who dont pay this. I expect when spending so much on a "quality product" that the gift box is quality too. Will be reporting to trading standards

Horrible experience with this company. Do not order. Ordered mine only to receive an email that the order is delayed and had the option to cancel. I am heading out for a long trip so naturally I emailed them to cancel. Have emailed them twice since asking for them to cancel ( as promised in their email) to no response. Just received an email saying my order has shipped.

If you like nonexistent customer service and delays then this is the company for you. Will update review if I ever get my order appropriately cancelled. Based on the poor reviews on this site and others I am not holding out

Ordered on the 27th of December with 48hr tracked delivery it’s now January 8th and it still has not even dispatched

I haven’t even received my heatless curlers yet and i am already mesmerised with the customer service i had accidentally selected the wrong colour of my jumbo heatless curls set and i had only noticed it about 30mins after ordering i searched up the email to get in contact with eternal muse i sent a quick email explaining what had happened and no joke with in 3 minutes they had sorted it for me they had removed the candy heatless curler set and added the mulberry heatless curler set for me i just want to say a big thank you and can’t wait to try them when they come and no doubt i will be leaving another 5 star review when they arrive 😊

I would give zero stars if I could! This company is an absolute joke. The heatless rollers are completely useless—they don’t hold my fine, soft hair, and everything falls out within seconds. I’ve had far better results with a cheap alternative from Amazon.

I tried the rollers for literally one minute, and it’s obvious they don’t work on thin hair. I emailed the company to request a refund but got no response (typical). When I followed up on Instagram, they responded almost immediately, only to inform me that they don’t offer refunds.

So, I essentially spent £30 on a product that went straight to the bin. Awful customer service and a company that offers zero support for their customers. Their entire marketing strategy relies on paying social media influencers to promote their products. I had a gut feeling that something so heavily advertised wouldn’t live up to the hype, and I was right.

Stay away! Don’t waste your money on these scammers.

Edit: just to add to your response: Stop this joke. You are paying to influencers, that’s why their posts featuring your products are marked as „AD”. Your products are crap, don’t hold any hair and it’s not fit to use. End of it. Do better and stop scamming people. Your return policy is also so well hidden I’m sure majority of unaware customers don’t know they are about to waste their money.

not to be dramatic but these are quite literally life changing. This is not a paid review, I’m not an influencer. I’m just a mum trying to look a bit more put together with limited time and effort. So, best believe me when I tell you these heated curlers are an absolute game changer, I’ve wasted so much time and money over the years on different gimmicks and gadgets, even heatless curlers specifically but from other brands and I just can’t hack them; they either fall out or I rip them out because mama needs some sleep. I want to really put this into perspective for you if you’re reading this and considering purchasing.
I have a Dyson air wrap, I very much love my Dyson air wrap… I haven’t touched it since I bought one set of heatless curlers from eternal muse; in actual fact, I used one set, fell in love then purchased every other single curler from the brand because I was so amazed. They are SO soft yet easy to use, my hair doesn’t slide off or anything and I can actually sleep with them, even the normal rod not the one specifically for side sleepers. The hair mist is a must have too. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.

I was a little hesitant at first because what is this product really going to do, if anything? But, I’m telling you, the difference it makes in my curls is magical. It tames the frizz, holds without the crunch, makes my curls so bouncy- it takes heatless curls to the next level!!

I recently got my first heatless curler from Eternal Muse, and I’m so impressed! I have fine, pin-straight hair, and this curler works beautifully, it gives me bouncy, defined curls that actually last all day without needing a ton of product.

It’s super soft and comfortable to sleep in, and the design is so cute that I don’t mind wearing it around the house while my hair sets. You can tell a lot of thought went into making a product that’s both functional and stylish.

I’m already planning to get the jumbo size next and have been recommending it to all my friends. If you’re on the fence, trust me, it’s worth it!

I didn’t know how I would like heatless curls especially sleeping in them. But eternal muse is SOOOO comfortable and soft. I can’t even tell you guys how beautiful my hair looked. It never has volume and the VOLUME HOLY!!!! It was the best collab with Ashley and I just am so excited that I have this now!! It makes me feel so beautiful and confident! 10/10!!!!

I love this company. My hair has never been so healthy. They offered support and advice at the beginning to help me get the hand of it. The hair mist is a daily staple, recently a faulty one was delivered and within 2 hours of emailing a new one was sent out. They were quick, kind and polite. Their products are worth the money alone for the high level of service you are guaranteed should anything go wrong. I will always buy from them.

I haven’t had a chance to use the heatless curler yet, so my review is not based on how well the heatless curler works but based on the customer service experience and quality before using, which was quite disappointing. The curler arrived on Friday, November 8th, 2024. As I was away for the weekend, I only unpacked it on Sunday, November 10th, 2024. To my dismay, it appeared used and in poor condition, with loose threads and several small stains. (Not 100% sure if it was really used or just looked like it).

I understand that no quality control system is perfect, and occasionally a defective item might slip through. However, when I contacted Eternal Muse immediately upon discovering the issue, attaching photos of the curler, their response was far from satisfactory. They insisted that all their products undergo rigorous quality checks and that the imperfections I noted would not have passed their inspection. They also stated that due to hygiene concerns, they do not accept returns on used products and that any return is videotaped to verify its condition.

Their reply put me in an uncomfortable position, suggesting that I was being untruthful about the product’s condition upon arrival. What’s more troubling is that even if the curler had been used, the presence of loose threads so soon after arrival (2 days) indicates a lack of durability and poor quality, which shouldn’t be the case. Despite this, they offered no apology, return option, or even a small compensation, despite the item’s clear defects. This lack of customer care and refusal to acknowledge a potential mistake on their part is unacceptable.

I would advise potential buyers to consider this experience before purchasing from Eternal Muse, especially if you value good customer service and quality assurance.

This product… oh where do I start, the postage was really quick right after buying and was well taken care of. The packaging was to absolutely to die for, the box, thank you card and even just the paper made the product more desirable. After so many Heatless curl products I’ve tried and struggled with, eternal muse are definitely at the top of my list for best ones. Would definitely recommend without a doubt.
