Highly impressed

I’m so impressed with both the product quality of my order and the quality of service provided! I ordered a necklace as a Mother’s Day gift and am over the moon with how smooth the entire process was, especially given how last minute the order was placed.

The piece itself is beautiful and customer service was quick to help me with any questions and even a request that I had. Everything arrived safe and sound due to this extra step and my mom was overjoyed with her gift. Can’t thank you all enough!

Nice just not what I expected

Easy to order, customize the piece and website was easy to use. Shipping took awhile but expected given personalized piece. I bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day. My only piece of feedback is the quality is ok, but given price point I get it. What was more shocking is how tiny the gemstones are. I did a 3 stone bracelet. The pictures on the website make it look way bigger- would be great to get a scale on an actual arm. Would have passed on this knowing how tiny/delicate this piece is

Easy choice to make

Being able to contact, and receive correspondence from customer service in a timely fashion is huge for me. Trying to secretly buy jewelry for my wife isn't easy, but Eternate sure has been helpful during this process. Mia, who I've been in contact with, has also been great handling my case.
Quality and Value are also two words that come to mind when I hold this ring in my hand. Very happy with the price point and craftsmanship in the ring design I chose. Happy customer for sure.
