Very helpful and excellent service highly recommended and to top it off the ring is absolutely stunning

This is a lovely and talented, Cornish, family run, small business. Not only do they have ethical products and practices but they helped my fiancé to design and create the most beautiful ring. I can see the attention to detail, love and care that has gone into the design and I love how unique it is. The customer service has been absolutely amazing and we as a couple couldn’t be happier with either the ring or service. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery as a beautiful keepsake.

We chose Ethica not only because they make beautiful pieces, but because we were aligned with the ethos of the brand relating to sustainability and using responsibly sourced materials.

My first piece was the Tabitha engagement ring which I’ve loved for over 2 years, once our wedding was booked we knew we wanted to get our rings from there so travelled from Manchester to Cornwall to visit their showroom. We worked with Laura who was helpful and professional. We decided on matching Slight Court bands, and I added a Ysella Wishbone to stack. Delivery did take a little longer than we anticipated but we were told this was to do with an issue which meant one of the rings needed to be remade.

We’ve been married over a week now and we’re both so happy with our rings, we’ve received lots of compliments. Thanks Ethica!

We could not have come to a more perfect place to buy a ring after 12 years of being together. Not only is the shop a beautiful place, the team were so welcoming and so attentive. I would strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing from Ethica Diamonds. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I contacted them by both email and WhatsApp. I received no response to my email, and although I was told via WhatsApp that someone would get back to me, nobody ever did. Once the purchase has been made, it certainly feels as though customer service is no longer a priority.

There have also been wider concerns surrounding the company in the past. My husband was involved in the 2021 Ethica Diamonds controversy, which you can find by searching for “Ethica Diamonds scandal 2021.” The company was investigated by the Advertising Standards Authority in relation to claims made about the diamonds it sold.

Overall, I’ve had a very poor experience and found the lack of customer service particularly frustrating. I also personally know someone who previously worked for the business and, based on what they told me, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Ethica Diamonds to do thorough research first.

The team at Ethica were so welcoming and attentive during my visit. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my indecisiveness resulting in me trying multiple rings of different styles time and time again.

The quality of the jewellery is simply beautiful, outstanding and ultimately 'moreish'. I would happily purchase all my jewellery from them going forwards.

Had a wonderful experience with Ethica diamonds today. I came in looking for a wedding present and chose a beautiful necklace. They had so many beautiful options and were so helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough if you are looking for something special and unique.

I called up about a ring on their website and booked in an appointment on the phone.

They were helpful at the appointment and let me view the ring through a jewelers loupe and explained their stone sourcing practise. Everyone was super friendly.

The resizing of the ring only took a few days and one of the IT guys was nice enough to package up the ring for me when I just rocked up without calling ahead first to collect it, and arranged for the diamond certificate to be sent in the post.

The store is really nice and they have a friendly pooch.

My engagement ring was from Ethica Diamonds so I went back to have my wedding ring from there too - both my fiance and I have both had wonderful experiences with lots of guidance on what will make a good design as well as a well structured ring. Everyones been so friendly throughout and I'm so pleased with the results!

My husband bought my engagement ring a while ago from Ethica and we have recently got our wedding rings from there. The rings are incredibly beautiful. The service and communication from Laura and her team has been nothing but excellent throughout, both online and in person. As we were in Cornwall nearby we visited the shop and it is beautiful and helpful to try on a range of rings. We made some small changes to the Esther Wedding Band and Laura was very supportive, knowledgeable and quickly addressed any concerns we had in the process. I would highly recommend ethica for stunning rings and a very kind and helpful team.

The wonderful team at Ethica Diamonds were a delight from the moment of enquiry to delivery of the most beautifully crafted Tabitha engagement ring.
