Update 12/23. Just got an email stating some of my items are out of stock🙄
Placed an order Dec. 1st. Notice said it will take 3-7 business days to process order then ship out. Today is Dec. 23, 2025 and my order is not here. I emailed & texted them multiple times and finally on Dec. 16 they send me a texting stating my package has been packed & now waiting for carrier and also said they have "escalated" my concern so that my package will be prioritized. Dec. 18 i received any email now stating my is processing. Which means on the 16th they lied when said my order was packed & ready for carrier. Texted back multiple times with no response. Today is Dec. 23 and I still don't have my items worth over $200. This is not the 1st time I had to deal with shipping & processing issues with this company.

I will never order from this place again. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 days. I bought 6 men's underwear, one I picked myself and did 5 mystery. They sent me 5 of the same color underwear. With Christmas being 3 days away I am pissed. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered on December 2, 2025 for a Christmas gift. I still do NOT have my order. Many attempts to track my order with finally 1 response from Ethica . Promise of expedited shipping, and still NO ORDER.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I will never order from Ethica again

Update 40 days later, I still have not received this order.
Ordered a few pairs for stocking stuffers 16 days ago. Checked order status and saw they hadn’t shipped about 4 days ago. Sent a customer service inquiry. Still no response. However, looks like a shipping label was just created today and I should get the order 8 days after Christmas.

I have ordered from Ethika in the past, and it was smooth. This year's order has been a disaster, and I won't order from them again. I ordered 5 pairs of staple men's briefs on 12/1 and was due to receive the order by 12/11, but it hasn't shipped yet, and today is 12/17. Their website has no customer service number — just a totally useless robo chat and helpdesk process that requires you to register your email address to see the robo chat response. I found the number online and am sharing it here so you can speak with an actual human being who may or may not be helpful: 888-502-5310. I called them two days ago on 12/15, and my order still wasn't packed, but the rep said it would happen any day. Today is 12/17, and no ship alert, but my order says "packing" and I can no longer cancel it, which is brilliant. The standard shipping I paid for means I won't receive my order by Christmas since this is coast-to-coast shipping. I just called Ethika customer service again and got a voicemail message about business hours starting at 6 PST, so they should have been answering phones a half hour ago. This is 2025, Ethika, not 1970. You don't deserve the business you're getting if this is your customer service experience. Epic fail.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered on November 28 and my order was supposed to be received by December 10. It is now December 16 and I have received nothing. I have reached out to customer service through the chat and online portal and have received no updates on my shipment. WTH!! ? I am less than impressed and will not order or purchase any additional products. Not pleased!

Ordered merchandise online on Black Friday. Two weeks later the order is still “processing.” On multiple occasions, I’ve tried the online chat and text options to reach customer service, but have not received a response. Horrible service!

Going on almost 2 weeks without any shipping updates, going on day 3 of not being able to contact anyone from customer support. Most low tier customer support I’ve ever experienced. It shouldn’t take over 2 weeks for an order to get shipped out, no tracking number or anything with no one available to help. If you buy something from ethika it’ll probably be a 50/50 chance you get it sent to you.

GOOD BRAND HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ethika has great products and I love the clothing and brand. Last year I placed a big order and part of my order was not sent to me. Trying to get help from customer service is an absolute joke. I figured that maybe it would have improved this year. I placed a smaller order this year and yet again, items missing. The only way to contact Ethika is by email. The asked me to send pictures of my order slip. I sent it in. They then asked for pictures of the items that I had received, already wrapped, and put under the tree. This was not just a few items. I decided that after going through the same thing last year and getting absolutely no help for months, I was wasting my time and money yet again. This will be the last time I place an order from them. The product is great but not worth the money they steal from you.

They make quality underwear that’s very comfortable to wear. They last a long time so you definitely get your money’s worth.
