Disappointing After-Sales Service
I spent £350 on one of their under-seat amplifiers, and a few months later, after selling my car, I removed the unit to install it in my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I broke a small plastic clip during the removal process. I contacted the company for a replacement, and the lady handling my request was very pleasant and helpful, making a great effort to ensure my issue was passed on to the right person. However, the response I received was very disappointing. I was told I would need to purchase all four clips, which seems excessive given that they are the supplier. To make matters worse, they wanted £30 for them, even though they must cost only pennies to produce. This is not the treatment I expected, and it feels extremely unreasonable, especially considering the low cost of the part. Overall, a very disappointing after-sales experience.
