Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have ordered a pair of their sandals after their great marketing efforts (have to give them that). But after you have paid the issues start. Their tracking provider gives false information on the delivery. The courier doesn’t give any information at all. And if you go to the source, ETQ, nobody is responding. Tried via phone several times. Send an email. Reached out via socials. Why having all these channels if you don’t respond? Take some of that marketing budget and allocate it to customer care. Think you would do a lot better overall. Once this is resolved I will never be a customer again, and I wouldn’t recommend others to be.

Stolen over 4500 danish kroner.
Received some shoes that didn't fit, so i returned them. Since the return i have not heard from ETQ again. I have not received any payback. They dont answer e-mails, their phone number is only answered by a machine and i can't get through to a human.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service from ETQ Amsterdam.
I bought one of their premium heavyweight T-shirts and followed their sizing guide, which unfortunately recommended a size that ended up fitting extremely oversized. The T-shirt was completely unworn, and I simply asked for a size exchange from XL to Medium.
Because I had been travelling for work when the package was delivered, I contacted customer service slightly outside their 14 day exchange window. Despite explaining the situation and the fact that the item had never been used, they showed absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help.
For a premium brand charging significantly more than many competitors, I expected a much better customer experience and customer care. A strict 14 day policy with zero flexibility feels very out of touch compared to other brands in the same price range.

After a few weeks they write that I cannot get my money back because of the condition of the shoes!
I had tried on the ONE SHOE ONCE. And that was enough for them not to return my money! Worst company I have ever bought anything from.

Terrible shoes
Terrible shoes, they're extremely uncomfortable causing blisters and severe chafing immediately, and the service is a single AI generated email with no response to additional emails.
On top of that, when ordering in the US, a couple of months later you'll get charged for import taxes that's about 35% of the total price. On their website they made sure to make this information as small and hidden as possible. Terrible shoes, scammer company!

Would not recommend these trainers. They caused severe blisters after only two hours of wear, which suggests there is clearly an issue with the fit or construction. Trainers should not cause this level of discomfort in such a short period of time. Despite this, the company refused to allow a return and only sent what appeared to be generic AI-generated responses rather than properly addressing the issue.

Bad Company
The sizing is terrible. 11 was too big and sloppy, 10 was far too small. If buying from the USA, itll cost you as much to return the items as it did to purchase them. Even when I purchased the return label, there was an error and ETQ told me I have to work through US customs and they cant help me. Terrible customer service for a brand that carries such a premium price tag.

Product (shoes) is damaged by arrival and ETQ support didn't want to acknowledge that sole was clearly not attached properly in both shoes and several places in each shoe.
Not a recommendation from a product perspective nor from a customer service perspective (despite quick response to my claim).
