I bought a dishwasher and its engine was broken told me the smasung technical assistance. Brand new and broken.

Debitado 441,73€ sem enviar e sem reembolso
I purchased a dishwasher on 9 August. Delivery advertised 5 working days.
When it did not arrive, after writing 3 emails I was informed that the item was not in stock. I asked for the refund of 441,73 €
I still have not received my refund.
This is theft of my money. Dishonest to advertise and take money for item not in stock and especially after 4 requests to refund my money.
