Miracle of miracles only 42 days to replace a faulty part most other companies sort it in a few days .
Strange but Maybe the call to the main manufacturers has done the trick as they don't like very negative feedback.

Item never received and they didn’t tell me they never intended to send it til I contacted them 4 weeks later when my item didn’t arrive. I repeatedly asked for my money back but they never sent me a refund so I’ve now had to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back!

Superb on-line purchase experience from E Twist!
I bought a hard to find (production long discontinued?) child's toy for my two year old grandson after he had been disappointed when the 30 year old version we still had at home failed to work. This item was absolutely brand new, in original packaging and readily available from the E-Twist listing on e-bay. The purchasing process was simple and delivery and communication have been superb. The toy arrived very quickly indeed in absolutely perfect condition. Although slightly more expensive than a used example also listed, this was a pristine example that will now take the rigors of toddler use! My grandson is delighted with it! Thank you E Twist.
