Looked to buy product on-line in Australia, but no-one stocked it so looked overseas and found eTwist UK had it on ebay at a reasonable price with a low cost delivery facility to Australia. Ordered and paid for it on-line (via PayPal) with no dramas. Order & payment receipt acknowledge by email almost immediately, fololwed by emails confirming despatch & likely arrival times in Oz - which were spot on. Product arrived well packed, without damage and fully functional. The product was a Franklins Collins Crossword solver - essential to my wife's mobile phone on-line scrabble game obsession and was bought to replace a worn out 12 year-old earlier version of the same things. Customer support staff rude and unhelpful. Bought item via eBay, item poorly packed and faulty on arrival - return costs to UK from Australia prohibitive and more than the item is worth.

Originally e-Twist offered to cover return postage until they found out the cost then I was told it is not worth spending money to return a low value item and was offered a 30% refund as compensation.

Totally unacceptable.
