When our team needs training and assistance, we contacted EUCI to do the training. However, a lot of us are very disappointed because they failed to provide the training our people need and failed to meet our expectations. Their training approach is not very engaging, and they were unable to reach out to their audience. They should improve their training style or change the person that conducts the training to make their training more effective.

We needed our team to be taken through a training by this company. We contacted them about a training they were conducting on the same and the response we got was not we expected. It was the epitome of bad customer services.

I attended one of their events and their keynote speaker was off topic. They were not well versed with the content they were delivering and their engagement with the audience was totally awkward. I did not enjoy the session at all.
