Pleasantly Surprised - I had not heard of this company before and when ordering on line always research a before placing an order. The reviews were limited and mixed, but as the company had an office and contact details decided to go with it. The website was easy to use and were offered a 20% discount over the B/H weekend. Received confirmation and the goods arrived within 3 days followed by a completion email - excellent and efficiency service with all goods in excellent condition. Very pleased and will use again.

The order was delivered promptly, great. The order, trousers, had a flaw and was unfit for purpose. They have refunded the order, though are refusing to ackowledge that they also need to refund the postage. The reason for return was not because I did not want the trousers, or because I ordered the wrong size - the issue was a fault, and subsequently I have ordered an identical pair of trousers from elsewhere and am very happy with them. I shall not be using Eureka golf again

Not sure about other peoples experiences but mine were spot on!
Nothing to complain about, I received what I ordered and got it for a lower price than other retailers.

Eureka Golf believe performing orders placed is optional. They initially sent an email saying there was a problem with the item ordered (pair of trousers) and had cancelled the order. They obviously have no legal right to unilaterally cancel an accepted order. But there was no problem with the item. The real reason, as they subsequently admitted, was that they had wrongly tagged, ie priced, the item and didn't want to supply it at the price sold. Illegal, unreliable and not honest. Avoid and use a reputable supplier.
