Brought a psn £100 gift card come through straight away and would recommend as it's the cheapest round

Ordered a PS5 from this company in mid-February. It arrived very promptly and is the genuine article as far as can be discerned. I would certainly recommend them on the basis of my experience.

Bought a £40 PSN UK Gift Card from Eurogames.com for £32.99. Received it instantly. The Creating an account process is a bit weird that the ONLY way to do it is you have to Add an Item to your Cart, go through the PayPal payment part of it. Then you Create an Account at Checkout as you Pay. Apart from that 5 Stars and got what I paid for at a cheaper price than I could find anywhere else

Their website is the biggest heap of rubbish I've ever known. Purchased a PS Store Gift Card and then once I paid it asked me to log in, which caused my order to just cancel (I think). So I logged in, tried again, paid again and this time it wanted me to update me shipping address. So I did this and guess what. My order just disappeared again. Now I don't know if I've just paid twice for gift cards which have not shown up or the website is just so useless I cant even place an order. I have lost all trust in this company and will never use them because of this. Get your act together before you lose a lot of customers. What a shambles!

Purchased a playstation credit voucher of £120 for just under £97 with paypal. Updated quickly and worked when input.

Ordered Switch 2 with Mario Kart World for a cheaper price than anywhere else and it arrived the next day. Great site.

Was slightly anxious about buying the Nintendo switch 2 because the website isn’t especially polished and the console with MK World bundle was cheaper than anywhere else by £30. Was delivered to my UK address less than 48 hours later and appears to be the completely genuine sealed product. Double checked the box serial against system serial upon powering on and also matches. Support mailbox also responded to my email query regarding delivery tracking within 2 minutes. Can’t fault the experience at all.

Purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 for cheaper than anywhere else and it arrived the next day in perfect condition. Was referred to this site from Shopto.net and have always trusted them so went for it and so glad I did.

Bought a £100 voucher. Came instant to be fair. For £85 was great.

Paid for a PSN Gift Card, was supposed to get the code immediately but code field remained blank for over 24 hours, causing me to miss the sale I bought the code for.

I paid through PayPal so have put in a dispute & refund request.

If it seems this website is cheaper than other code resellers, that's for a good reason, AVOID.

I'm usually cautious when using a store I've not seen before - but having used ShopTo (its sister store) before, gave me some level of confidence that this would be a decent store and with the deal I came across being so good, I had to take a chance. I bought the Nintendo Switch OLED with Mario and 12m online subscription at a wild £269.99 - incredible when you consider it's £295 at Costco. Used PayPal to pay which always adds a bit more confidence, then the item was delivered in a decent amount of time and was delivered as described. It works great and the little man is going to be so chuffed on his birthday. Anyway - great store, great prices. Not a lot of selection on the site, maybe because it's relatively new. But if you find a good deal, do it.

Over the years I've used shopto.net dozens of times and was introduced to eurogames when shopto promoted them on their website they were offering slightly cheaper prices for PSN vouchers. From a little bit of research, Eurogames is shopto's sister site they've created.

In recent months, I noticed Eurogames were selling PS5 Pro's at an amazing discount, £600. At first I couldnt believe it, but eventually came to the conclusion I wanted to upgrade to the pro. Now I was very hesitant to make my purchase, I wasnt sure if I want buying through shopto or some third party, and was certainly worried if I did buy, would the console be brand new or would I get an empty box. So like most people I searched online, no reviews or anything about people buying a pro from them. But, eventually when someone did, they made the point about buying through paypal (which Eurogames offer and is actually a very good sign) to get buyers protection.

Two days ago I decided to take the leap and buy the Pro for £600.

About two hours later I was already notified the console had been handed over to DPD, later that night I was able to track the Pro's movement. Yesterday it came, opened the package box, and inside was... a brand new sealed PS5 Pro. Opened it, set it up, all I can say is I was absolutely impressed, even felt guilty I had doubts. So I have now officially upgraded to Pro at the cheapest price on the net (and got it cheaper thanks to crypto cashback ;)

For anyone thinking about buying from Eurogames a PS5 Pro, I recommend it. If you're nervous, and fair rightly so as the site still looks new, buy the console using the paypal option. To put you at ease you do get buyers protection. But I am incredibly happy with the purchase and I hope my review alleviates anyones worries. And thank you Eurogames/ Shopto for continuously offering a superb service. I really was pleasantly surprised with how smooth it all went. Thank you.

I purchased a PSP but it was the wrong one. As I bought the wrong one wanted to return it.
However the packaging didn't give any return information and so I logged on and the returns online wasn't working so I emailed 4 x but still no reply. Once you purchase from these they ignore you.

An excellent experience and service all-round. At first I was cautious as the price for the PS5 Slim was the best I could find and the Eurogames address was listed as Jersey, but they did use PayPal which is a good start. Item delivered to Plymouth in less than 48 hours and in a pristine condition. I would recommend to anyone and will use more often for my future PS5 game purchases.

I was searching online to compare game prices. As someone who doesn't typically play games, I find them to be quite expensive. However, I needed to check things off the Christmas wish lists I had. I found a game that was 20% cheaper than the price on Amazon, and it arrived within a week of ordering. I would use the site again and would recommend it!
