Frustrating experience with Euronics Italy

I placed an order for a MacBook Air M4 on the evening of March 13, 2026, through Euronics Italy’s website. During the checkout process, I encountered bugs when entering my birth date and applying a promo code. I paid €894 and was told I would have to wait 4 business days to pick it up at their store in Novara.

On March 14, 2026, I went to the store and saw they had the laptop in stock—but in a different color. I wanted to take that one instead, as I am an international truck driver and cannot predict when I could come back. They refused to let me exchange it and also refused to cancel my online order. It seems the physical store has nothing to do with their website.

For comparison, I ordered the same laptop from Unieuro on Friday evening. The ordering process was much smoother, the price was €872, and it was ready for pickup in the same city the next day around 2 PM.

Now I will have to wait until Monday for Euronics support to process the cancellation and refund. I will take the one from Unieuro instead.

I am from the US and traveling in…

I am from the US and traveling in Italy. I had the misfortune of having my charger for my Fitbit damaged and found this was not easy to replace. I went to Maximo Mall in Rome to the Euronics store. I was purposely ignored, passed from one service person to another with none clearly wanting to help me, and when I decided to replace watch and spent 230+ Euro, I did not even get a thanks for your business. This was not indicative of my experience in Italy, overall, as I found most Italians to be warm, welcoming and genuinely nice. Very disappointing.

Do not get item delivered - check at store as the delivery company took no care. The van was loaded poorly and my washing machine was face down

I purchased a candy washing machine with delivery and disposal of old unit. The delivery drivers that arrived were terrible. The damage the furniture bringing the washing machine in dented the washing machine to the extent water leaks delivery company not interested. Euronics not interested several emails and several phone calls I still have a broken washing machineand no resolution from Euronics eight days on. They’re absolutely terrible at customer service and on the first occasion when they called me back, I reported the washing machine was damaged and the gentleman just put the phone down on me.

They have amazing promotions going on…

They have amazing promotions going on and a super wide selection of products to choose from. I was really impressed with how much variety they offered. 😀
I did notice that the in-store assistance can be a little hit or miss, but when I found the right staff member, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
It's definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking to snag some good deals on electronics. I walked out with exactly what I needed and felt really satisfied with my purchase.

Hoover broke down after 7-8 uses… the store in Cagliari did not care despite the hoover being well under warranty period. Poor service, poor after sales. Very good sales representative until you go to the tills… in the future would rather buy from small independent retailers rather than these burocratic large retailers who don’t care for their own business.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I went to the store in Termini. I wanted to buy a Xiaomi phone, but there were no prices on any of the phones. 2 guys were behind a counter. I asked if they could help me. They ignored me. Finally I demanded they come over. They had little interest in helping me. I was told the price was the same for all 3 models of the Xiaomi 14, which is not true. It was a joke. The worst customer service I have ever had. It's amazing that this store is still open, because the people who work there, do not want to sell anything.

PRODUCT NO AVAILABLE , AFTER PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Five days after placed an order (confirmed by e mail ) to Euronics Italy , they call me telling that the product is not available and they will reimburse the full amount , next week
No apology , no excuses .
Be far from this company is not serious

NEEDED ITALY MOBILE NUMBER

Ordered a dishwasher online 7 August 2023. Never arrived. NEEDED ITALY MOBILE NUMBER - but they never told us on their website & in their reply emails. Had to phone them. Really terrible customer service.

EURONICS IS VERY BAD SERVICE !BE CAREFUL!L

At the time of purchase at EURONICS CALTANISETTA everything was very perfect routine (these normal when it sees money these are always good) after these THE BIG PROBLEM on delivery, we had to pay to mount it on the first floor that we did not want,, , arrived 1 hour late and did not even call to notify the time and day of arrival, after insisting and annoying the customer, they finally put the fridge on the 1st floor,,,, THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS REALLY VOMITING! AND EURONICS HAVE NO ORGANIZATION!

Very bad experience

Order accepted on November 23rd, to date, December 12th, I have no washing machine or oven, 10 days of continuous calls to euronics, they send reminder emails to no avail, because they don't even answer them. Energo finally calls me on December 7th (1 day after the maximum 3 working days for a call to book delivery) and they book the delivery for December 9th between 10 and 14, he calls the courier saying that the van has broken down, at my question "when will you deliver" he replies "if they go around your country tomorrow (Saturday) otherwise they will call you on Monday to book another delivery, to date (Monday) they have not called, I have called euronics 5 times, also the reminder email useless, I call the courier 2 times and he tells me that they have to call me back today and on the second question he says maybe tomorrow.
At the end of the fair, I have no news of washing machine and oven and Euronics is useless.

Dreadful delivery experience- ordered a long list of white goods, no idea where ANY of it is - received an email to say 2 items woukd be delivered on a certain date and time, organised someone to wait for delivery.....I'm still waiting ....

Spent 2500 grand with this shower of fools, will be requesting a charge back
