Excellent customer service and a superb range of music at competitive prices.

I have been a customer for years, so can testify to the consistently outstanding customer service I have received over time. I have particularly appreciated the willingness to combine orders, on request, to reduce the cost of shipping to the U.S. Every change is personally acknowledged. Dispatch is timely and packaging, especially of multiple discs, is solid and secure. This is an outstanding company!

Simply the best to deal with. If you have a a question for them, nothing is too much trouble. Competitive prices. Fast service, really helpful and knowledgeable. No problem in giving them five stars

This company is simply excellent. If you know the disc you want they will rapidly send it. If you hear a piece and don't know the title but know the station and time you heard it they will their best to tell you what it is and whether or not it is available. I cannot praise them too highly.

Europadisc understands the importance of great customer service.
I placed an order for an item weeks ago which was out of stock. When stock came in, there was an issue with my payment method ie Zilch. Although the item became out of stock again, they held a copy for me pending authorisation of my payment.
The item is now on its way. I'm happy!

Living in a rural setting and the lack of classical CD stores anywhere is a frustrating problem. Thankfully, there's Europadisc, whom I've used for many years and via them acquired many satisfying and rewarding recordings. The very reasonable prices allow me to try music I've not heard before and if I'm not "taken" by it, the financial loss is usually small. The successes have more than made up for those I've passed found not to my taste. Good website, easy ordering and excellent service. The range and number of recordings is extraordinary, as are the box-sets.
