I need to get some furniture moved from Europe to London.

Had a great experience with a chap called Neil. Everything was really clear. I had updates. Payment was easy and the delivery gentleman was equally as great. What impressed me the most is that the item arrived the following day! Wow !

I recently used European Removals for my relocation from Frankfurt to London, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Not only did they provide first-class service, including help on customs paperwork, but they also offered great value for money compared to other companies I researched. What truly stood out was their speed - my belongings were delivered promptly and without a hitch. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a stress-free and efficient move. Big thanks to Neil and Ian, absolute legends!

For speed of service, helpful and useful advice, plus a van driver who went out of his way to reach our remote French property, European Renewal Services were wonderful. I'd recommend them unhesitatingly.

When working with Neil and his team, you always get a quick response to questions.
I have used their services on several occasions and am totally happy to recommend them to anyone. Wayne is there to help find the correct and yet simplest way to do the Customs Declarations and the associated formalities. The collections and deliveries are always on time, except for small traffic delays which are unforseen. The Goods, even if Fragile, have always arrived in good order. I cannot say more than that I am totally satisfied with the service given by ERS Ltd

My delivery was booked for 26 April. Instead the delivery team shows up the night of 25 April at 935 pm to unload. I even discussed this multiple times on the phone with ERS: doing a night time delivery is too late. We explicitly agreed that delivery would happen at 8 am on 26 April (the date I had booked!!). Instead the team calls me up at night apparently with instructions to deliver anytime before 11pm, so they can get to another job in the morning. Worst move ever.

Just used their services to move to Spain. I wish I could leave them TEN stars not just FIVE.
Excellent service from all but specially Wayne Campbell. This guy went above and beyond to make the move as smoothly as possible and taking away all stress associated with it.
I found this company to be the BEST value for my money.

Having received ridiculous quotes from other companies I called European Removals and spoke with Neil who from that moment seemed totally "switched on" to what our needs were for a move of a small amount of furniture from UK to Italy.
A quote was quickly prepared at a very acceptable level.We were "hand held" with all required documentation ref customs and our furniture was delivered today around 6 weeks after my first enquiry.
All aspects of this company,and Neil in particular have been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use European Removals again in the future.

Not only were European Removal Services Ltd the most reasonably priced solution to moving us from Greece to the UK (and we got many quotes from a number of other places) but they seemed the most professional too. We got a good vibe from Wayne immediately and they delivered (excuse the pun) on everything they promised. We were under time pressure to move out and they made sure they collected very swiftly from Athens and delivered a lot sooner than I was expecting in Essex. They clearly looked after all of our belongings with care too (most of which were fragile). The collection team and the drop off team were very friendly and cheerful too. Highly recommend.

Used European Removal Services last year moving from Spain back to the U.K. After a shaky start from my side with the best dates, it was sorted. Everyone, who I dealt with was friendly, helpful and polite. Our stuff was delivered with no problems. I would definitely recommend them and use them again, if required.

I used Wayne and his team for my move from Montpellier back to the UK. Everything worked without a single problem. The team on the ground were extremely professional, both in Montpellier and in the UK. Everything was carefully packed and nothing was broken. If the need arises again, in the future, I would not hesitate to use European Removals. Picked up on Sunday, delivered on Wednesday. A stunning, value for money service.

Excellent moving services! Neil and Wayne organized everything and were very responsive. Blana (Alex) who did the moving was fantastic too! He was very careful when moving things so no damages at all. He also came up with solution to help me move a big item that almost did not fit through the door! For our move from London to Spain we used European Removal Service as it was suggested from 2 different friends that used them previously.
Great experience, just call Neil and he will guide you step by step. We were quite worried as we had to organize the move quickly and didn't have all the documents to avoid paying VAT. Lucky everything went well and we didn't have to pay any extra customs fees as in the "post brexit era" everything is more difficult and expensive.
Highly recommend.
Just make sure to agree in advance if the driver is going to upload the van and from where. We booked an extra help separately in both locations as we were already consumed from packing.

We hired ERS for our move from Glasgow to Copenhagen. Despite having given precise dimensions of our belongings, we were charged 25% of the original quote while the boxes were ALREADY in transit. They were relatively responsive, however, kept the details of the pick up time very vague and did not give a precise time, let alone date until one day before the move, giving me no option but to book my plane ticket last second. In terms of drop off, the details were vague once again and the notice given was literally 2 minutes (I only received a call once the van was on my street). Both drivers were friendly and efficient, however, I would never use their service again.

It's hard choosing the correct company for international removals. We were moving to Slovakia and chose ERS as they offered the best options for what we wanted. It all turned out well and everything went perfectly. Thanks!

Move from London to Amsterdam. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient. High level of professionalism and very competitive prices. The communication was very efficient and the company responded swiftly to any questions we had. Special mention to the driver, who was extremely friendly and took extra care of our boxes and furniture. Can't recommned them enough, and I will definetely choose them again in the future.
