I recently purchased a watch with a trade-in from EWC. I realize that you don't get the same value for you watch as a trade-in as opposed to selling it yourself but it is easier and quicker. EWC had a watch listed that I wanted and Peter gave me a fair price for my trade-in watch and I was happy with the outcome. I started the sale transaction on a Wednesday when I was emailed an overnight FedEx label for my trade-in. It was received by EWC on Thursday and they sent my new watch the same day by overnight FedEx and I had the watch delivered and on my wrist by Friday.

Peter was extremely helpful and honest about everything the entire buying process. I could not have asked for more.

My second purchase with EWC. Again, all details were exactly as described in the listing. Excellent personal service. Market prices. Prompt shipment and delivery. Another truly rewarding experience.

Here’s an unusual review, but a very positive one. I purchased a watch about ten days ago from EWC and worked with Zach G.
The transaction itself was smooth, easy, and handled entirely over the phone.
This all took place on a Friday afternoon, and I needed the watch as a gift for my son the very next day. Zach coordinated everything and made sure it was shipped through FedEx for Saturday delivery. The tracking information came through, and everything appeared to be set. Unfortunately, through no fault of Zach or EWC, the package stalled at the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tennessee, on Friday night and did not move again until Monday. When it finally arrived late Monday afternoon, the FedEx driver even told me, as she handed me the box, that I might want to reject the delivery. The box looked like it had been through a war zone. I opened it in front of the driver and found water damage to the outer box, the inner box, and even the watch box itself. I immediately contacted Zach. He was understanding, sympathetic, and clearly very disappointed by FedEx’s handling of the package. The problem was plainly with FedEx, not with Zach or EWC. Zach immediately assured me that they would issue a full refund. I would have gladly purchased another watch from him right then, but because this was a rare model, they did not have another one available that matched what I was looking for. I am writing this review so that others who are looking for a quality timepiece understand that, despite this disappointing delivery experience, I fully intend to do business with Zach and EWC again. They handled a bad situation professionally, honestly, and with real class. From my very first conversation with Zach, I never had any hesitation about working with him or EWC.

Everything very professional and on time. Fair price. Watch description on their sire I’d rate as being 95% accurate. There two tiny scratches on the bezel that I did not pick up,in the pics or description. I probably missed them, other than that very nice for a 1990 model Rolex
