I first thought they was great but…
I first thought they was great but because of some delay that didnt show my transfer immediately, they got 3 times more into their account. They promised a good upgrade from ordinary to platinum but every time i hesitated (i said i need to save money) they said i had to to make a profite..... not the boss but the first guy i had contact with. That guy even asked me to lend money to put more into trading.... thats when i said i had enough.. Now i am struggling the past months to survive.... not even getting a 1 euro left aftermy bills are payed.

My 2019 and 2020 reviews have disappeared
My original review has been deleted, as well as its follow-up, because EuropeFX does not like negative reviews and the more they can delete, the fewer poor reviews remain.
I told the absolute truth about their (mal)service, after having lost 50 thousand dollars through their poor 'guidance' and pushy tactics. They have been barred from Australia, as they were using another company's credentials to attract customers, and that company has now been placed into involuntary receivership. Will I ever get any of my money back? Not likely!
Just beware - their entire business model is a scam. Their parent company, Maxiflex Ltd, which is registered in Cypress, makes big profits on ensuring small investors like myself lose it all.
Update - I have been asked by EuropeFX to supply more information so that they can 'review' my complaint circumstances. What is the point of this? I have already given this information and made numerous email requests for answers, with most being ignored. None of the advisors/account managers/brokers/pushy salespersons have bothered to respond, and I have since reported this company to ASIC, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
ASIC informed me of EuropeFX's illegal trading activities in Australia, and that since the company whose trading certificate they were using is in involuntary receivership, my chances of recovery are pretty much non-existent.
A further note of caution to those who undertake to use a 'recovery expert' to assist in their claims - I have now used two of these with the only result being more money wasted.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I felt manipulated, played-out, sweet-talked and patronized to be led unto a thin ice and lost a lot of money. They were constantly calling me, pushing me into depositing more, into investing more, and making decisions for me. A kind female account manager that became very friendly with me, suddenly wasn't there anymore, due to some family issue and I was allocated a new, more pushy agent that unleashed his persuasive technique and lost my money. This is criminal activity and it's just a matter of time when they will be closed and prosecuted!
