Would avoid - £12,000 lost. Please look into EuropeFX on the Internet before you even deposit a penny with them. Its impossible to withdraw any money from them all they want is for you to put more and more money in then when you refuse to put anymore in they advise you on a trade that they push you to put on ultimately leaving your margin so low your account closes and you lose everything!

I opened a Trading account with EuropeFX a couple months back originally just to trade bitcoin as I had traded Forex before and lost a fair bit of money and wanted to try something different. My personal account manager “Claudia” managed to talk me into trading futures amongst a few other things which paid off massively as I made £80k in a couple of weeks I withdrew 60k of my profits and have left the rest to continue trading with.
Altogether I had invest £4600 before coming across some very negative reviews on Trustpilot which scared me to death, stories of people losing hundreds of thousands. These reviews coupled with a very recent death in the family made me feel sick however within 3 days of submitting my withdrawal request I was transferred the full amount that I had requested which was a complete relief for me after reading some of the horror stories associated with EuropeFX. What I would say is yes at the start there can be what feels like a constant badgering by some account managers to deposit more and more money to maintain a healthy free margin which can feel very risky and uncomfortable at times and also other members from their team calling and being overly pushy which can also be overbearing at times especially if you have things going on in other areas of your life.
Overall I am very happy with this company I have made a massive profit (massive for me) with EuropeFX the only reason I gave a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is because of the sometime overwhelming pushiness.

The support of my account manager and the educational team has been outstanding. I lost a lot of money but on reflection only when I got greedy or made stupid errors. After a harsh learning curve I have come out on the other side and I am now enjoying my trading and really appreciate the frequent chats with my account manager and the one to one sessions with my tutor.

As an aside the webinars are really informative and give a good starting point.

This company do not let you change your mind. When my financial situation changed and I no longer wished to continue they hounded me with calls every day more than once, were extremely rude and persistent on the phone, would not listen when I asked them to stop calling. They call and argue with me every time I answer and call pre 9am and after 8pm too which is not on. They won't leave me alone and when I told them I'd have to block them they said that wouldn't matter because they had hundreds of numbers they could call from! Outrageous and now I can't get rid of them!!

If you are contemplating trading with EuropeFX please proceed with caution. If you look at their small print you will see a disclaimer stating that 82.61% of retail clients will lose money. So, this means that only 17.39% of you are not going to lose money.
Before you start, it is absolutely essential that you set a limit on how much you are going/prepared to lose and then divide this figure by two. The reason I say this is that once you have reached your limit you will definitely get further calls from EuropeFX's agents to deposit more money, especially if your margin level is approaching 100% which it no doubt will unless you are one of the very, very fortunate 17.39%. Please be warned that once EuropeFX's salesmen/agents begin their high pressure rhetoric without giving you the chance to make a considered opinion, the only option is to put the phone down and then only take calls from recognised numbers. (All EuropeFX calls are prefixed 020)
Before you commence your journey with EuropeFX, you must ask yourself, 'what else can I do with the money that I am prepared to lose'? There are without doubt safer investments, or maybe you could buy another property, another car, a luxury holiday, the list is endless and far better and enjoyable than enduring months of stress and sleepless night and throwing bags of £50 notes into the bin.
When I was trading with EuropeFX (prior to losing £50k), I asked my agent where he was operating from and he told me 'Malta'. Knowing Malta well I asked him where in Malta and he replied, 'The Capital', as if he didn't know what the capital of Malta was? When he telephoned there was always the sound of trading in the background with a bell sounding to signify that another client had made a considerable profit?
This week I enquired with the relevant authorities in Valletta as to whether EuropeFX have trading offices in Malta. Well it appears they don't have offices in Malta, so you must ask yourself do you really and seriously want to invest your hard earned money with a person who doesn't know which country he's in?
Please think twice (at least) about investing with EuropeFX and please take advantage of the misfortunes of myself and the other 82.1%

My experience with EuropeFX was a nightmare from start to finish.

Good points - website is easy to use.

However, the first thing that annoyed me was I believe they have shared my data. I had a lady call me (claiming to be from my broker) demanding I deposit more money in order to receive a bonus. She wanted to take my card details over the phone which was an instant red flag and I refused. I later found out she was nothing to do with EuropeFX but she had got my details somehow, so I can only imagine it was them passing it on to third parties. This could have been a costly mistake and my whole bank account emptied as she did sound legit.

Then I was assigned an account manager who was lovely at first, no complaints but began to turn as soon as I refused to deposit more money into the account. At one point he was shouting down the phone at me saying I will never win in life if I don't take risks - judging by the other reviews I have read alot of people have took these risks and ended up significantly out of pocket. The account manager refused to let this go to the point I ignored his calls for a whole week until he claimed he could make me alot of money on oil. I text him saying I will take the call as long as no mention of further deposit is had. What a suprise - three times on the call he tried to make me place trades that require a bigger account balance and therefore a deposit. I couldn't believe after all that they were still trying - they will claim there is nothing in it for them with having a bigger balance but of course there is, they do not care about whether you lose or win it is all commission even if they give bad advice (shock I lost on the oil trade he was so certain on). They will also claim all investment advice comes from trading.com as a disclaimer so they do not have any liability (making you think it is completely safe but it is no where near a guarantee as they will try to make you believe). Ten minutes after this call, I receive another call from my account managers boss trying to get me to deposit again - again I couldn't believe how little they valued what I was saying to them and that I couldn't afford to deposit more. The persistence with no regard to how I felt about it was shocking really.

Also if trading Forex they have ridiculous spreads on certain currencies, you can open trades on -150 loss.

In my opinion avoid at all costs. What they are doing is completely legal and I'm not disputing that but they play on vulnerable people who need to make more money. Don't trust the account managers at all.

Very good with investing money while the markets are going down... I saw everyone around me lose because of Covid 19, and they still made me profits in march and april. very impressive.

I realized the scam when I just clicked the signup button right away I got a call.
I played along to find out more, so while on the phone i was speaking to a so-called agent, asking why you call me for a straight forward account sign up process, I was researching about here websire incognito. I found out several websites and articles mentioned about europe fx scam.
Things to look for:
1. No Trading company will ask you to send your passport details or a picture of your debit card to verify. Normally Trading platforms ask for billing proof.
2. the signup says the minimum amount is 200£ but the caller asked 1000£ to deposit.
3. even if you cut the call they will keep calling you and say big technical words to make u scared or brainwash you.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS SITE. PLEASE REPORT IT ASAP.

Avoid these (COWBOYS) at ANY COST and protect your MONEY!! I got trapped into reading an article of someone who made millions using this platform so I decided to join up. I was so surprised to see as soon as I signed up immediately after I received a phone call within few seconds of entering my details on their system, (just shows how desperate they are for customers) the lady on the phone assisted me further with the application until we got to deposit page, the most strange thing which I felt was that I had to Deposit my account before even being fully verified ( they expect you to deposit at least £1000)

As I made the deposit the next step which I find the most complicated was the ID verification checks, they put your account in pending and expect you to send in a picture of your BANK CARD a copy of your passport a copy of your latest bank statement, copy of ID card, along with NI number list goes on.... the whole process is a joke, they literally sit on your deposit until you provide them with all the documents, so basically they WANT TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.

I immediately changed my mind and tried to cancel my account so I put in request for my refund, straightway I get a call from a Uk based number (0203 8851806) the guy on the phone tried forcing me not to close my account etc etc etc.. he sounded very unprofessional and did his best to change my mind, after he hung up I get another email saying "you're account is fully verified and you can trade" this kind of shocked me thinking whether this is a legit company or not.

ITS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE I PUT IN REQUEST FOR MY DEPOSIT WIHTDRAW i STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY MONEY !!!! everyone honestly avoid this company it's a CASH TRAP but the decision is yours I just shared my experience hope it helps everyone.

I recently posted a review and since then have been in communication with EuropeFX to amicably resolved my concerns. I was contacted by Mr E Lem who mediated for us in a professional way to quickly resolve my concerns and support a valued EuropeFX customer.

Trust is very important with any investment and following this I have the confidence to start trading again, however the experience has taught me a great deal and I would like to share my knowledge and advice.

Trading CFD is risky and if you go into this with a get rich quick strategy you will burn your hard-earned money and quickly. Statistic show between 65% and 80% of CFD day traders blow out within 50 days of trading, so here are my recommendations before you start.

Firstly, find a good broker and EuropeFX is as good a platform as any. You will be assigned an account manager and ALWAYS remember it’s your money and any advice is playing with your money and if you’re unsure, not confident and feel you don’t have the knowledge DO NOT TRADE the market, it will reopen another day.
Remember whatever broker you chose they must make money and EuropeFX invest thousand in training, research and knowledge so use all of these education tools, they are very useful.

Completely terrible experience, lost all. Check the history and Google the service. Please be sensible with your money and stay away.

Hi all i recently invested £200 with EuropeFX and sure enough got my own trade manager. I traded in oil and made £30 profit after commision. BUT!!!!! do not be fooled by this as then Dario Leon my manager kept advising me to put more money in which i was not prepared to do. I explained to him that i was quite happy making £30 profit and eventually i would automatically grow the balance i had. I can understand where he is coming from when he said he could not keep woking for such a small amount of commision and i do not put any blame on Dario he is good at his job. The problem is with the small ampints that EuropeFX allow you to open an account with ie £200, the bare minimum should be £1000 which us quite low as well. Sooo people you can open an account with very little outlay but you will not last long. I have since closed the account but have had to pay £25 to withdraw money which is a standard fee whatever amount you wish to take out. "Be warned if it seems to good to be true it usually is"

Just got a call from a lady (we are in the middle of lockdown here in the UK so was surprised to get a call when people should be at home). She sent me details of this company. She sent me emails to set up an account for this company. I told her I had never heard of this company. She said she wasn't from this company but from an intermediary and was processing my application to join. I said where did I make the application? She couldn't answer that. I said I had never made an application. Both the website of her company Trader101 and her phone number (UK one) didn't give any results on Google. No business listings and the website address she gave me wasn't for the company she said she was working for. When I phoned the number back they didn't answer. Obviously a scam operation.
