Damage, too much and disrespect

I already left a review once on Google, but they keep messaging me to write another review on some third-party site. So I'm going to delete my last good review and I'm not going to bite my tongue when I write this one.

Let me start with the most obvious problem they put gum on the suede interior of my car. That alone is inexcusable for any shop that claims to care about quality.

On top of that, they scrapped my paint. Not a scratch from the road this was clearly done in their care, and nobody said a word to me about it.

They stripped bolts on my car, left my fuse access panel unbolted and hanging, and my driver dashboard lower cover is now loose. All of these were fine when I dropped it off.

When they did my mom's oil change, they left all her undertrays half-bolted so they are hanging off and dragging on the ground. They returned her car in worse condition too.

A simple valve cover replacement on my car took them almost an entire month.

When they finally finished, they immediately texted me threatening to charge extra fees if I didn't pick it up within a few days despite the fact that I had already paid in full upfront. Not a dime was owed.

I've given them almost $10,000 between my mom's car and mine over time. This is how they treat loyal customers. They don't care about you. They care about your wallet, and once they have it, you're just a nuisance to them.

The blatant disrespect is disgusting. They repeatedly called my mother and me by the wrong name despite us correcting them multiple times in person and through text. It's either pure incompetence or straight-up racism. Either way, it's unacceptable.

They advertise "$89.99 oil changes" online. I went in for a simple oil change for my mom's car and got charged almost $150. False advertising at its finest, plain and simple.

They are not upfront about anything. They quoted me one price, then once my car was in the shop, they hit me with 20 different diagnostic fees out of nowhere. I paid for three separate diagnostics just to find out my car had a minor coolant leak from a piece of plastic. Then they tried to charge me an extra $1,000 to replace a plastic hose, which I declined. They are con artists who prey on people who don't know better.

Their posted hours say 8:30 AM to 6 PM. Good luck finding them in the shop after 4 PM. They lock the doors early, then blow up your phone at 8 AM the next day demanding you show up immediately or they'll charge you late fees. People have lives, interviews, hospital treatments, and responsibilities. You cannot force people to drop everything for your convenience while you ignore your own posted hours.

Andres is a great guy, and the team I originally communicated with like Evan were good too. But they added new people onto the team and it's just worse now. I've been nothing but patient and respectful with this shop, but I'm done. They lost a customer. I will never go back, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else.
