Eustore 

Ordered latte coffee pods, received cappuccino. It was during Xmas therefore had to use them. Contacted them after Xmas period. They said to return them, leaving me no coffee, therefore I am left with cappuccino pods horrible. Don’t deal with this company.

Ordered a Bianchi Belt model B12 and received not even a fake but something without ressemblance. 3 mails to claim, no answer. Found ths site and comment too late. AVOID! AVOID
PS: it was with the french mail address of this site, could not find any corresponding company... how ist possible??? Real bad people.

After waiting for a week for my order to be even dispatched, no communication and no refund so far even though I asked for it, in 24 hours I will turn to paypal. AVOID

I order 4 pair of Irish Setter boots.I did not know this company was in CHINA when I ordered then.I received 1 pair of off brand boots.
No one will respond to the contact us link.Not even to return wrong boots.
No one will respond to email.
Stay away from this company They are nothing but a rip off.
Will never buy from them again.

Absolutely dishonest shop.

Delivered jacket wasn't the product I ordered.

Difference in:
NoName instead of ordered Brand

Plus:
wrong size (XXL instead of XL)
wrong colour (yellow instead of ordered red)
wrong product (windbreaker instead of outdoor jacket)

Contacted eustore.sale three times in three weeks and no reply.

Good product and price,
BUT it takes about 4days to my hands,

Crap Customer service.. Not responding at all despite two emails and umpteen attempts to chat and no telephone number!!!

I bought 3 batties,it take longer time ,about 4days,but they are good and cheap.

I ordered a motherboard from this website at first i was a little worried however i payed via Paypal so if any thing went wrong i could get my money back yes the product dose come from china mine only took two weeks so if your not prepared to wait DON'T ORDER and i didn't need to pay import duty ether. they dont message very often however thay do update with tracking number after the order has been dispatched.

7 days after order and payment on eustore I still don't have any confirmation from the shop and I have never received any tracking code or whatever. I also paid for a fast delivery (normally 2-4 days)...

After 3 days and several emails sent to contact them, a guy sent me a non-formal email telling that my order is being processed and will be delivered by DHL. I have called DHL and they have no shipment in progress to my address....

It's quite impossible to reach eustore. No phone number, no support on the live chat (but they will reply to you before you buy something..), no reply by email and even their official contact billing at eustore is down.

Don't buy anything from this shop. You will find similar products on ebay.

I finally have informed Paypal about the issue. Then have take the problem in hand and they have refund me. For the story, like the previous review, the product was coming from China. This was totally unexpected (no information about that during the buying). The product I bought was finally blocked by the authority as there is a fee for international delivery. ahah what a joke.

You are better to look for fan, keyboard and others laptop piece on ebay or other websites. Just never buy something from eustore.

I bought a replacement laptop keyboard from this company.

The website stated the item would be sent by Royal Mail (UK).

After a week I emailed to find out where my item was. They then told me the item was out of stock. So I accepted a different colour.

3 weeks later the keyboard arrived. It came from Japan, not the UK which the website claimed.

They also sent the wrong keyboard. I ordered a UK version and they sent a US version.

I emailed and they asked me to send pictures of the keyboard which I did. Never heard anything else from them. Emailed them twice but I was ignored.

Don't bother with them.
