I had a great & friendly service with Phill & Simon. I fell in love with a car & there was some issues that I wasn’t happy with, but with Phill he was so helpful, understanding & resolved it all which made me very happy & loved the car even more! It was well worth the journey! (5 hours away). The communication via email was fantastic & very much appreciated with prompt replies considering that I am hearing impaired. We were looking to sell our car and went to motormatch for an appraisal and they told us over the phone to arrive on a certain time. We arrived and they then told us they don't buy Jaguars. So we were passing evans halshaw and was it lucky we popped. The service was night and day Jamie the Head of Sell Your Car Chester dealt with us and we had our young daughter and he got out a drawing tablet and some where's wally books and our daughter didn't want to leave as she was having a great time as were myself and my partner playing where's walley too. Jamie was so accommodating and gave us a great price for the car.
