Great experience
My experience at Evan Halshaw Merthyr Tydfil was fantastic! I was welcomed with open arms and found a relaxed, friendly atmosphere as soon as I came in. Before I made any decisions, the staff made sure I was comfortable with my alternatives by taking the time to answer all of my concerns and demonstrating their immense knowledge.
Tyrone, was fantastic—patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about finding the right car for me. He helped me explore different models, explained all the features in detail.
The financing process was also smooth and straightforward. Tyrone explained everything clearly and helped me get the best rates. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed at any point, which made the entire process enjoyable.
I'm thankful to Tyrone at Evan Halshaw for making the car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. I adore my new Audi A1. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Safety check a con . Please check your video at time of tyre check incorrect checking them then tell you you need a tyre . I am a vehicle inspector so I caught it . And price jumps so many times and don't even phone you you got to go to them wouldn't use or tell anybody to reported to trade in standard overall 0

Thank you so much to Tyrone who has been friendly and helpful on both of my visits to Evan’s Halshaw. Tyrone is chatty and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. He went above and beyond to get us the car that we were looking for and at a price we are really pleased with. He came in on his day off to fit around us and nothing was too much to ask. Daughter booked a test drive and reserve
Daughter booked a test drive and paid to reserve car appointment was for 1200 hrs whilst travelling to Merthyr from Swansea to meet the agreed appointment we received a call stating that car had been booked by someone else yet it was all appointed and money taken to reserve how can this happen 30 mins from appointment. Personally I think someone turned up at garage and said I like it and want to buy it so we were told not to turn up. First experience with this company and last.
