Went in to Motherwell store to look a car once seen the car spoke to Paul dhillon where he was very pleasant and went though the car and was very helpful trying his best to get me the best deal possible very pleasant and helpful and world highly recommend him as a sales rep and would definitely use him again

Salesman Paul was extremely helpful and managed to get us the car we wanted. Not pushy at all. Quick and easy process.

Bought a car from Evans Halshaw Motherwell. I can’t recommend Abbas enough, he has been great trying to find me a new car. Very experienced and friendly.

Sold me a car with 2 buckled wheels , i didnt notice this for about 3 months , it was driving OK, we eventually agreed to pay , 50/50 for the repair, but the more I thought about it wasn't happy, they say they do there 123 point check , but obviously not , i can 100% guarantee that it wasn't me that buckled them , visited the branch on Tuesday and was told to e mail in my issues , its now Friday and they haven't got the deceny to reply . Just a wee update, the email they have supplied for me to get in contact with them doesn't exist that says it all really. Another update, obviously an automated reply

I was told my car would be ready late morning or early afternoon, by three thirty I had to chase them up to see if the work was complete. I had to stand about for ten minutes to get my keys back, while three of the staff had a natter in an office. Got the car back eventually to find it half cleaned.

Nathan took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and more, would highly recommend.

I went to Evan Halshaw for a car and Graeme Murray was great help, he looked at everything for me made sure was good value and suited me for driving far distance. Was great experience and friendly people.

Car was not on forecourt when we went to view but we were happy to purchase as it was what we were looking for assumed it would be fine, had the car a couple of days and already a near 500 pound bill for illegal worn tyres no response from the dealership in Motherwell for days after repeated emails to them about this appalling lack of customer care. !

Only 4 stars as driving home from the garage having just exchanged on the car Tyre Pressure sensor operation warning activated. Had to return to the garage immediately to have 2 sensors replaced. felt this should have been checked before handover and made the overall experience good but not great or excellent.

Buyer beware..
We bought a used Kuga , 2020 model, mild hybrid, and had it for about 7 months. Was best part of £20k. It was a nice car but it displayed fault codes from day one which would appear then disappear. We could see them on the Ford App. Finally it failed altogether. The faults were referred to Ford Technical who recommended a software update. This was done with the dealer confident of success. It didn't work. Ford then said it needed a new hybrid battery costing several thousand pounds. However, this was on back order with no firm availability date. We had been asking for a refund prior to this development but was met with resistance. The dealer finally agreed to refund our money after a lot of persuasion, less a mileage rate. Fair enough and we agreed to that. What wasn't fair at all was their refusal to refund the £900 we had spent on a 3 year extended warranty nor would they transfer the warranty to another car bought from them. Yes, that was in the T &Cs but given the circumstances, very unsatisfactory and indeed unfair. So we paid £900 and got no benefit . We have now bought a Tuscon from another dealership. We did consider another Kuga from their Falkirk branch but they wouldn't move a penny on price or offer a longer warranty than 3 months. This was on a car costing over £20k. So buyer beware..

Are you in a position to do something about that? That would be demonstrating your desire to give a great customer experience.
