Evans Halshaw - Kuga purchase.
Really excellent service from Dave Dewhurst in the used car sales team. Provided a personal approach and was more than willing to answer all questions and take us through the purchase process to make it hassle free event. I even rang Dave on his day off to cover a slight concern but he quickly sorted the issue and rang me straight back, 10 out of 10. Thanks again for supplying the car of our needs and the car was pristine for the hand over.

Lovely staff, quick and easy financing process
Met with one of the salespersons (Sean Williams) who was lovely and helped us with finding the car that we were looking for and did his best to make the financing as smooth as possible, he was very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure or worries as I could feel that he was trustworthy and making sure I would leave the place with the best deal I could get. Came in Monday to talk options for the car and was able to leave with it on Tuesday.

Upfront and honest dealership
I dealt with Dave Coldham buying a used lexus from this dealership and I am fully satisfied with the service I received from him and the dealership team to make the process of buying and part exchanging my old car.

Excellent service by the sales team - really pleased with choice of used cars available - constructive and helpful advice from staff - collected chosen Ford Eco Sport within two days all valeted and ready to drive away. Both Nikki Kennedy and Sean Williams were excellent to deal with.

Incompetent
It took me three days off work and driving a total of 142 miles for a technician to fix a part in 12 minutes.
I will continue to leave 1 star reviews until my complaint is acknowledged.
A new parcel shelf was unnecessarily ordered on my manufacturers warranty and I will be informing Ford of your incompetence.

my partner purchased a ford kuga 68…
my partner purchased a ford kuga 68 plate had to bring the car in as gearbox wasnt right taken them 6 weeks to sort this out after 6 weeks we got the car back and gearbox has nackared up again! bad customer service. no curtsey car availble everytime he asks. absolutely disgusting what they are doing. never again i will purchase a car here!!

Awful treatment
Evans halshaw at Preston have treated my Son absolutely appallingly for the past few months. They give numerous excuses as to why they cannot provide a courtesy car. He is paying out a fortune in taxis to get to work and all he gets is excuses. They repaired the car or so they say and now it is sat waiting to be recovered as it cannot be driven. Broke down 2 days ago and still not recovered. My Son is a hard working man, 12 hrs a day he works and has constantly been ringing. Even I have tried ringing and didn't get any where. He desperately needs a car to work and cannot maintain £30 a day in taxis to work. Some help/response would be appreciated ASAP.

Time frame miscomunication
Our engineer dropped a van off for repair and was told it would be ready to collect the following day by 5pm, we had to organise a hire van for him so he could complete his job, after collecting the hire van he returned to the Evans Halshaw garage so he could collect his tools from his van, he was then told the van was ready and he could take it. The company then had to foot the bill as we could not get a refund for the 30 minutes we had the hire van so this cost the company £170 as we had hired it for 2 days

Went above & beyond.
No cars we wanted at Preston dealership, but the got 1 in for us. Kept us informed of progress. When bank transfer went badly, our banks fault, they were understanding, patient & supportive.
