Imran Moosa the Salesman is a professional, not pushy, very helpful and honest. He even gave me additional advice wrt my very old car!
He calmly showed me all the features of the car. When I test drove the car he knew when to talk to me without distracting me. Throughout the financial transaction he was calm and polite! Even in the last minute when I was about to take my new car he noticed that one of the lights was not working! Imran made sure that it was fixed at the next available slot!
I would definitely recommend Imran when buying a car! Great Customer service and respectful! I would not hesitate to buy from him, again!

Poor
Booked my car in in response to a safety recall, never been to this garage before and wouldn’t choose to go back. I called to book my car in and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did, so I booked it in using the online form. I selected to wait for my vehicle when booking. Reception on arrival weren’t at all welcoming and I was directed to the service desk. My booking was confirmed and I handed over my key. To be told someone would call me nearer to 12.30 to confirm when I could collect my car, I advised I’d selected the wait option to be told they didn’t offer that for ‘recalls’. Unfortunately this meant I had to sit and wait for the full four hours , coffee machine out of order, lady came to put the TV on just above me whilst I was reading my book when there was no one else in the sitting area to watch it. When a gentleman called just after 12 to say I could pick my car up and I told him I’d been in the waiting area all morning he was surprised and said he hasn’t been told this. Overall not a overly pleasant experience at all.

Two months wait for a booking
Having to wait two months for my car to be booked in for repair was too long. Poor internal communication regarding the pick up and collection arrangements of my car. It was also returned unwashed.
